caffine/metabolism boosters and PE
Last week following the suggestion of some members I discontinued my use of ephedrine free metabolism boosters. The “problem” I encountered when I stopped taking those pills is that I was no longer able to remain completely flaccid for stretching purposes.
This week I started taking them again and found that when properly warmed up I was able to get really good stretching sessions.
I do not want to make any suggestions but I would like some of y’alls input. My theory is that the caffeine inhibits/degrades blood flow to the penis, therefore I was able to remain flaccid to do stretches.
I hope this theory can help everyone.
If you have a high caffeine intake and have problems keeping at a high erection level for jelqing/squeezing, maybe by eliminating/reducing your caffeine intake would help.
On the other hand if you have trouble with getting hard too easily, a “little bit” of caffeine might help. NOTE: don’t go and chug a pot of coffee or anything crazy like that. Caffeine is supposedly bad for you heart in excess amounts so take it easy.
