Last week following the suggestion of some members I discontinued my use of ephedrine free metabolism boosters. The “problem” I encountered when I stopped taking those pills is that I was no longer able to remain completely flaccid for stretching purposes.

This week I started taking them again and found that when properly warmed up I was able to get really good stretching sessions.

I do not want to make any suggestions but I would like some of y’alls input. My theory is that the caffeine inhibits/degrades blood flow to the penis, therefore I was able to remain flaccid to do stretches.

I hope this theory can help everyone.

If you have a high caffeine intake and have problems keeping at a high erection level for jelqing/squeezing, maybe by eliminating/reducing your caffeine intake would help.

On the other hand if you have trouble with getting hard too easily, a “little bit” of caffeine might help. NOTE: don’t go and chug a pot of coffee or anything crazy like that. Caffeine is supposedly bad for you heart in excess amounts so take it easy.

Any thoughts?

In my many years of experience with caffeine and ephedrine, I can definitely say that taking even a small amount is bad for PE. Especially if you take it near or after a (PE)workout. It decreases blood flow to the extremities and the penis. When you take you’ll notice your hands, feet and cock start to get cold —although this is more noticable with ephedrine.

I have not experienced better erections with small amounts of caffeine, but I have noticed harder, more sensitive erections when I take Yohimbine. The orgasm is very intense too. The things I don’t like about Yohimbine is if you take too much it gives you the chills, gives you explosive diarea and makes your scrotum pull upward and become very tight like if you were standing outside in 20 degree weather.

This has been discussed before. Stimulants are a big no no for PE. I guess they DO keep you limp for stretches though…

I take diet pills and drink lots of coffee. I am still makings gains. I would not say it is a BIG no no. I would be gaining girth faster though. I have lost an 1/8 ” off my fat pad too!!!!!

The reason I was considering this is because I seem to gain mid shaft girth easier than length. I think that over this first year of PE my stretching sessions would always turn into jelq/squeeze sessions because I was unable to remain flaccid and finish my stretch routine. This might be the reason girth comes easier for me.

I can’t believe this! I just gave up smoking for PE and now the coffee has to go?

Well, I’ll give it a shot, since I drink about 2 pots of coffee a day.

Maybe that’s why I’ve only gained roughly 1/2 inch, although I’m not complaining.

I just wish I’d seen this thread 6 months ago. :)

At the end of June, I should be lean enough, and will discontinue use of diet pills and coffee. I will let you guys know the difference. I feel that caffiene doesnt hurt your gains ANYTHING like ephedra does. But I am still gonna stop drinking coffee.
