I’m no expert but I would take 1-2 weeks off, no stretching or anything that puts stress on your unit. I’m now a believer in heat, some gentle heat treatment like hot baths may be good for healing I think. Kegels would probably do good as well. You will be fine in a couple of days, just don’t worry about it. Let your body take care of it helped by a happy and confident state of mind.
