Can anybody here tie a knot in their penis?

I saw a photo of a tribesman with a knot in his penis and was thinking it could be a good way fixing weights for hanging! Would make manual stretching easy too. Can any of the vets do it yet? It would be a good trick to show the ladies, “damn thing keeps getting tangled up, can you help me untie it”.

Indian 1: “I can tie um one knotum in my dingum.”

Indian 2: “I can tie um two knotum in my dingum.”

Indian 3: “I can tie um three knotum in my dingum.”

Indian 4: “….How come?”
