Thanks, but I’ve to do all that every time to wear the vacextender, I’d stop wearing it very soon.
Fortunately my lymph build-up problems are far from the ones you described; they affects only a small part of the glans, and they disappear without consequences in a few minutes as soon as I take off the extender.
