Can I meet my goal
I think some of the reason I haven’t suceeded in PE like I want to is because I haven’t set goals. I decided today to get an accurate measurment of just where I am, and set a goal. I’ve been wanting to get to 7 inches nbp forever. When I measured with the ruler on top I hit the first mark on the ruler after the 6 and a half inch mark. It left 3 marks until 7. What measurement is this. I probably could have been a little harder too. If I really get down and dirty, and start an intense dry clique, stretching all directions, and some homemade pumping routine, do you think it is possible to hit 7 in one month? I have a low LOT, so is it okay to stretch in all directions, like left right SO, and up, or should I focus on just one. Also how many days would you recommend doing this routine.
