I think some of the reason I haven’t suceeded in PE like I want to is because I haven’t set goals. I decided today to get an accurate measurment of just where I am, and set a goal. I’ve been wanting to get to 7 inches nbp forever. When I measured with the ruler on top I hit the first mark on the ruler after the 6 and a half inch mark. It left 3 marks until 7. What measurement is this. I probably could have been a little harder too. If I really get down and dirty, and start an intense dry clique, stretching all directions, and some homemade pumping routine, do you think it is possible to hit 7 in one month? I have a low LOT, so is it okay to stretch in all directions, like left right SO, and up, or should I focus on just one. Also how many days would you recommend doing this routine.

3 marks left after one mark above 6.5? I guess these are probably 1/8” marks you’re referring to so it’s probably 6 5/8”.

Setting goals is a great idea but there are a few things you should probably avoid. First, don’t measure too often. Try to set some kind of schedule to measure like once a week, once every two weeks, or even longer. Second, I don’t think setting a time limit is the best idea for motivation, especially one as short as one month. For example my “short term goal” is something I hope to reach by Christmas which will be a total of 7 months of PE. Finally 3/8” in a month is a pretty huge gain, it’s not impossible but you shouldn’t get too set on it. I would be happy if I got 1/8” in one month. Think about it this way, if you gained 3/8” in one month, then at that rate you would gain 2.25” in 6 months which would be unheard of. People here who have gained this much have been at it for well over a year. Just keep yourself motivated and get a good attitude and you should be very pleased with the results. Good luck!

Though at the same time, I find when gains come they come fast, I just gained 1/8 sinse last week! It’s crazy how this PE stuff works, but I feel I deserve it after having a 3 month or so plateau. (other than some fluctuating girth gains.) All my gains, when they came, have happend very suddenly like this.

Sorry to take this off-topic, but how much do you think would be a GOOD gain in 6 months. Provided you had a good LOT and a solid routine. Somewhere in the reagon of 1” - 1.5” ? Is that at least ‘realistic’? Cheers!

You never keep gaining at a certain rate though, especially from beginning gains.

I think 1-1.5” in 6 monthes is reasonable for your first six monthes. As long as your consistant with your routine, and know when to up the intesity
or change things up to improve on it.

I think it’s a great idea not to give yourself some kind of time line, i.e. my goal is to reach x ” by x date. You are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

And for many guys like Redwood and myself, the gains came in spurts after a plateau, which for most can be weeks to months in duration, in a few cases, years. When the gains did come for me, in the third and fourth months, I measured more often. Whoooohooooo. :D
