I don’t know what you think Ginkgo Biloba will do for you, given the rest of your post. Maybe help you to remember to spell it properly?
Anyway.
The Multiple Orgasm Man is and excellent book and was my introduction to PE. The routine advocated in there for enlargement is somewhat simplified, but it works. I think the Newbie Routine is better, though. The rest of the book is very good as well, although it takes a while to really understand what you’re doing with it.
Once you get it though….:thumbs:
I’d like to restress westla’s advice: Get your life in better order and leave PE until you're in better shape.
Mantak Chia’s book has it’s roots in Taoism, which has a lot to do with the concept of ‘balance’. We can all stand to have a go at keeping ourselves balanced.
Oftentimes we look to sex or sexual activity to make us feel better but, more often than not, sex (etc.) can be a way of avoiding what’s truly standing in the way of our happiness.
Give your dick a good long break, re-assess, make positive changes in your life, and then get back to it.
