Can stretching even be consider overtraining

Stretching is just pulling on the ligs. How could you overtrain by stretching? Now I can easily understand overtraining with hanging, pumping, jelqing, clamping and everything else but stretching? I mean you sleep for like 6-8 hours and day + another 5-7 hours ALEAST that most people don’t touch their dick. And if you stretch whenever you had free time like watching t.v or on the computer would anyone agree that you can’t really overtrain just by stretching to much? I probably stretch 1-3 hours a day, and so far my erections/morning wood is in great shape!

My question directly goes towards stretching and fowfers. If I’m by myself at home and sitting, I normally am always doing some sort of manual stretching and fowfer . (Slowly trying fowfers ago from my mishap.. Info in my old post)

I wear an ADS for 12+ hours per day, and I haven’t noticed any negative effects. In fact, all my effects so far have been positive (I’ve gained half an inch after wearing it for 3 and a half months).

As far as manuel stretching goes: It’s more intense than an ADS, so it’s probably possible to tear a lig after prolonged maneul stretching.

I can say there’s a risk of overtraining. You might have a severe penis contraction if you pulled to hard on your cock for an extended period of time. Bad.

Surely you can’t tear a ligament without putting too much undue pressure on it I.e. By either pulling with too much force or doing so in a jerking motion.

It doesn’t make sense that stretching for extended periods of time and never venturing beyond what feels comfortable should cause a tear or damage.

I am just a newbie and I don’t know shit but there is a lot of conflicting information on this site.

If we take as given that we will be careful and listen to our body; why would stretching be any more likely than hanging to cause a tear?

Irishman, there IS a lot of conflicting information on this site. Consider the source and use common sense.

Even if it may not harm your tissues, there is a diminishing return of everything if your do too much. If you stretch your penis too frequently, its tissues will become conditioned and resistant to their expansion. That’s why some of PE users who have stopped gaining in size, started to see it again after a few weeks, even months of complete rest.

If you are not stretching too hard, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Many guys pull too hard on their penis and damage a ligament. It is, sadly, all too common, with many guys repeatedly injuring themselves. Ligament injuries are notoriously difficult to heal. I can do tricep pushdowns with the entire weight stack at the gym: the downward pull is a naturally strong movement when performed close to the body.

There is an entire forum on the site called the “Injuries/Treatments Forum”: I personally think that it should be required reading for any Newbie. Why anyone would start on a potentially risky/injurious exercise program without researching the risks is beyond me.

Of course: members are encouraged to state their opinions, and quite often they are conflicting opinions. The point that there is also a lot of excellent experience-based and scientifically researched information here posted by a lot of very smart people that actually have a scientific background or higher education in the medical field.

There’s a lot of reading involved in PE I’ve come to find, it’s not all dick tugging and squeezing. There’s research to be done to find what is the closest to the “truth.” This isn’t the most exact science I’m afraid, and everyone is different, so it’s up to you to find what works, what you believe, and what is most widely supported as fact.

I’ve only stretched a couple of times so far. It didn’t feel like I was overstretching or anything.

When having an erection, my unit used to stand straight up and would be difficult to bend down (at the base).
Now when having an erection I can easily bend / move it up ,down etc.

Could this be the result of a damaged ligament?
Or is this common when doing stretches?

Stretching is pulling the ligs and/or the tunica. Short over-training guide:

- Go strong without easing in and you can end up with ligament pops

- Go for too much pulling force, preferably without preparation and get urethra inflammation

- Grip below your glans hard and for long, without rest, then admire the dark spots you get from damaged capillaries
