Perhaps, am just guessing here, sometime when we hang, we don’t really know if we have done overweight or too long, and as we all know, sometime do more means less growth (even no growth). While with our hands, we have more control on the stretch. Does it make sense?
I hang too anyway, and it does give me a nice gain.
