Started around 1999-2000 with the Big Al site. I always assumed that I was an average 6”, so it came as a great shock to find that when I measured I was more like 5.5-5.75” FBPSL. I started the routines and got a quick 0.25” in a couple of weeks but nothing after that. Came back to it about 6 months later and did another few weeks to gain another 0.25”. From there until last summer I never really had a regular routine any consequently never really had much gains. I bought various tools like the Jez, power jelq etc, but none of them were what I was looking for. The jez is a torture device, and I had some near misses with the PJ where it would jump the rollers. Eventually it broke, and when I emailed the company they said that if I bought another then they would upgrade it at half price when the new one came out. I decided to order a couple of can lifter type tongs and replace it that way, but it wasn’t much better. (The new one doesn’t seem to have improved that weakness either).
So last summer I started reading up on the science behind it, and with a few other guys here (notably Cya at 8) we did some serious study and formulated some ideas. I started at this point to document my gains in a spreadsheet as I found that the mind can play all kinds of tricks on you regarding what your last measurement was. I made a rice sock, then progressed to a heat pad. I got some quick gains with that, though progress was short lived. Then I moved onto using topicals in an attempt to get the hormonal route working. I read about the use of Androgel, but couldn’t source it in the UK. I went to a roid dealer and bought 3x5ml vials of Testosterone suspension, and with a bit more study created my own carrier. I saw some small gains at this time too, but again it was short lived so probably unrelated to the transdermal. The PE with a combination of heat and the transdermal Testosterone took me from 7” FBPSL to 7 3/8” in precisely 14 days. I did no PE for 16 days after that (can’t remember why as I didn’t log it) and found when I measured I was now 7 1/2” (BPEL was lagging at 6 1/2”). For the next 24 days I did topical 3Alpha which added another 1/8” in the first 3 days but nothing for the rest. That got me to 7 5/8” FBPSL, 7” BPEL and 5 1/2”G (though I now suspect some girth was edema). I went on holiday at that point and never bothered with PE until July this year.
In July this year I had been reading up on infrared heat and ordered a Thermotex IR platinum heat pad (which I think is fantastic btw). I measured before starting and had regressed to 7 1/4” FBPSL, 5 1/4”G, and though I didn’t record the BPEL since I know it reliably follows a few weeks behind for me, it was probably smaller too. With the thermotex I did 30 mins heating followed by 3 x 30 second stretches each day - and nothing else! In 14 days I went from 7 1/4” to 7 11/16 before it stalled again. In the middle of that run I did a single heated clamped squeeze which added 1/2” girth that lasted for 3-4 days then settled at 5 3/8”.
I took another break then dug out my vacuum pump to experiment with condom pumping while reading up, but without any particular routine as it was just something to do while I did some more studying to determine my next experiment.
I had not PE’s in the last 14 days, and yesterday I measured at 7 1/2” FBPSL, 7 1/4” BPEL, and 5.5”G. I’m confident that I’ll get the FBPSL back up to the previous high plus a little bit, and if I sustain that then the BPEL should creep up another 1/8” or so within the next few weeks.
I haven’t determined yet my next experiment. Though I have a few ideas kicking around I don’t think I can source what I need. So in the meantime I’ll stick to my short PE runs with breaks in between as despite all the different things I’ve tried the consistant thing has been Growth, Repair/Plateau, Break, Losses, then repeat to gain a little bit more than I did the last time.
Sorry that the above isn’t well structured, that’s just the way it went from brain to keyboard. Hope it helps.
