Checking If Your Workouts Are Working
Aside from results (obviously) would a good way to check if you had a good workout be this:
Start getting an erection. When it’s at a semi, grab it at the base and shake it as if you just took a piss. If your shaft feels “sore” like a sore muscle, then would that mean you had an affective workout? I’ve been noticing that a lot lately. I was hoping that it’s a sign that I’m working enough. What do you think?
