Clamped bulb presses

Clamped bulb presses

Here’s a clamping variation to try out. It might also partially explain base girth gains from clamping. Haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere.

While clamped up, and hard above the clamps, take a feel down below the clamps, in the BTB and perineum area. I find the this part of the shaft is nearly as hard as the clamped portion, and that it swells and forms a “bulb” that I then press on to increase the pressure. When I kegel and press, it increases it even more.

I like to do a kegel bulb press with one hand, and then use the other hand to squeeze the upper shaft and glans, increasing the pressure everywhere. With enough clamps it can be a very intense workout.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

Sounds like a good exercise. Not sure if I will have a bulb in that area too, but I will try sometime. Thanks for sharing.

I use to be the same size from glands to base but since clamping my base and mid-shaft run about .25” larger than directly behind the glands. It doesn’t bother me too much with those dimensions so I haven’t bothered fixing it yet, but I think once I reach my goal and feel it has cemented I might try clamping mid-shaft to enlarge the glands and portion directly behind it in proportion with the rest of my shaft. When I tried this once the other day just out of curiosity I too noticed that even behind the clamp i did get some increase in engorgement.
