Clamping is an old and extremely dangerous method.
Deep Vain Thrombosis, can result in death for you maybe 10 to 20 years (maybe less time) into the future. Dislodged blood clot travels into your heart and then a heart attack happens. Not fun. Once you have blood clots in your body they will not be easy to get rid of. Blood thinning can help and also other medications, but why would you risk that. Can anyone explain this to me?

Water pumping and Jelq’s is the only thing you need to increase your penile thickness/girth. I went from ~5.5 to 6.5 with it. Don’t risk your health for penis enlargement.

Forgive me for being direct, but based on your post you don’t understand cardiovascular physiology or the nuances of anatomy.

You can’t get a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the penis because the penile veins are considered anatomically superficial. So by definition you might get a superficial venous thrombosis, but SVT is not associated with risk of embolism.

Further, DVT dislodgment travels to the right side of the heart and from there to the lungs, resulting in pulmonary embolism (PE). It is on the venous side of the heart, not the arterial. While it is true that PE can lead to sudden cardiac death, it isn’t from a heart attack, which comes from a clot in a coronary artery which would either come from the coronary artery itself, or if embolic, from the left side of the heart. (There is the rare case of a clot traveling through a PFO from the right heart to the left under the circumstance of pulmonary hypertension, but this is so rare as to be ignorable.)

In any case, I mention all of this not to show how much I know about this stuff but to point out that your alarmism is not only unjustified but based on incorrect understanding of the subject.

Also I’ve gained a huge amount of girth hard clamping over many years and never had a significant injury. Not saying it isn’t without risks, but the ones you mention are not part of the program.

If you have risk factors cardiovascular its obviously highly risky and probably dumb to do clamping.
Same with blood stagnation for too long or too much sharp pressure on any tissue.

Many of the hardcore clampers had these "oh damn moments" where it was close and many got also injuries.
But today the risks are known.

You start slow and then you observe your reaction.
When you have hard erections the night or day after then your are on the right track. Could mean any intensity or duration of clamping. 1 minute light or 4 minutes with medium blood flow - anything.

So then you know what the right amount is and play around it. If you have no great erections or at least a very good hang. Then you probably need to adjust. Less or more. .on any of the adjustment possibilities.

I like to go as long as possible with consecutive days of great reactions in form of erections!
But at some point there is always the point where you have to pause. Could be 1 day or after xxx days.
