I have gotten from 5.5inches to 6.0 inches in length NBP so at the moment I am thinking that if I get about an inch in girth I will be happy. My girth at the moment is 4.5 inches and to be honest wet or dry jelqing has not helped with girth and I jelqed for 2 months. Maybe I wasn’t doing it right but that is just my opininion. I feel that while you are squeezing blood towards the glans, you are also squeezing your unit which feels to me as if you are making your unit skinnier. I know I am wrong, but that is what I felt psychologically. Anyway, now that I have been clamping for about a week and a half, I AM LOVING IT. I love the feeling, the pressure in your unit feels great. However I have a few questions that I would appreciate help with as I am new to clamping.
1) Did those of you that gained from clamping ever experience a great 5 minute session, and then another great 5 minute session, 4-5 times a week with maybe 2 days off for your first 2 weeks of clamping, but your unit felt a little skinnier about an hour after?
2) How long did you clamp for until you recognised a noticeable gain i.e I use my index and thumb to wrap round my unit and when I do they just about meet, so was there a time when there was a noticeable gap between your index finger and thumb to the point where you said to yourself..”wow it has gotten thicker”?
3) I clamp by wrapping a sock around the base and holding it. It feels like it is working perfectly fine because when I touch my unit on the glans or midshaft, it feels pressurized or hard in other words. So do you think the way I am doing it is okay?
4) At the moment I am doing 5 minutes of clamping almost every day…about 5 days a week. Should I increase it to 7, 8, 9 or 10 minutes soon? or is 5 minutes standard?
5) Does warming up make a huge difference in expansion?
6) I have read that edging is great with clamping, and also ballooning. Can someone explain to me how they are done because I cant find out how.

I’ve gained .5 just jelqing alone in girth so it works man, just keep it in you’re routine least 10 minutes every other day. Clamping great exercise for girth if you’re ready. Being well conditioned is key. Be care-full, and I wouldn’t be doing it everyday, every other is good .Start with one set 10 minutes for a few then just watch how you’re dicks feeling an go from there when picking up a second set of 10 minutes. Just some advice, once you start clamping for awhile you will start haven to devoting a lot more time to you’re PE routine too break down tissue. Good luck man :-) .

Good to hear you have gained from jelqing. I don’t think I will go back to it because I just don’t like doing them anymore you know. I feel my dick is conditioned by now. I’ll follow what you said. 10 minutes every other day. gradually increasing sets when ready. I enjoy clamping which makes it easier to do. Warming up does play a big role in expansion, see it this way, if you don’t warm up before hand, the first set you do will be the warm up and won’t count as much,

Edging is good, basically the way you do it is wank off till it feels like your going to cum, but don’t, as if you are on the “edge”

The most I’ve gained from clamping/jelqing and edging is 0.225” meg so not a huge amount however my flaccid size and horniness levels made very pronounced increases. I started edging for short periods of maybe 5-8 mins and making sure I had long warm ups (10 mins with a heated rice pad) and I would edge throughout. Never ejaculating, especially when clamped.

The 0.225” girth gain took me between 6-9 months and, if I’m honest, probably came from my increased sex drive coupled with my kegels as much as the clamping. Not that I’m knocking clamping, I think it can be a super, super effective exercise in the long term but it needs to be approached cautiously, you need to build up to longer times slowly and you have to warm up and warm down religiously, without fail!! (Please heed this last bit). Btw, warming up is hugely under-rated. On my rest days I’ve often done long warm ups and no more and you can see quite a bit of expansion in your flaccid size because of it which then seems to lead to increased sex drive. It’s just one big, exciting cycle really that feeds the other ;)

I’ve read enough success stories to know that clamping really works but it’s so focused on girth that it takes a long time to really kick in and give you very measurable increases. Length is far easier to gain and, dare I say, less dangerous?

Now, to further answer your questions as best as I can, I clamp with a strip of velcro which I’ve manually lined with a strip of bandage (to stop the velcro itching and scratching the skin) and I wrap it in place when flaccid making sure it’s not overly tight but tight enough to cause blood flow restriction once I’m hard. As I get more conditioned (I’ve been away from PE for a while) I will increase the tightness with which I clamp in the aim of getting more expansion and then an increase in natural girth. If anyone’s in doubt I could put up pictures on what this strip looks like?

I like this type of clamp because I know it is not metal or anything that will take long to release should I feel the pressure building too much and I can increase/decrease my tightness with each set without any issues plus it’s easy on my skin (only with the bandage strip). It’s also very cheap and doesn’t look too suspicious if a visitor happened to stumble across it.. I hope it doesn’t ;)

My current clamping routine is 10-15 mins warm up with rice pad as hot as my penis can possibly handle
15-20 min clamping set (not fully erect the whole time. I will often let the erection subside and do a few bends while it’s plump but not erect and a few jelqs too then after a couple mins bring it back to full erection)
I’ll do 2-3 sets of these 3 or 4 times a week depending on my work schedule

This is in addition to my stretching and jelqing routine and kegels, although I’ve yet to kegels in a structured routine just when the mood takes me or I remember to do so.

When clamping I can go from 6” meg normal erection unclamped to 6.25” when clamped and I’m aiming to get to 7” meg un-clamped in the next year or two but I feel it will take a lot of focus, dedication and sacrifice (time mainly)

So there you have it, my attempt to answer some of your questions and hopefully help you out. Remember to warm up as best as you can, build up the clamp pressure and duration slowly and don’t do anything stupid while erected and clamped as it will almost certainly break your dick!! Otherwise have fun, be persistent and the rest will follow.

Differs all the time.. More so when I first started clamping. All I can tell you is Know Your Dick.

I had a baseball bat to begin with, so I could touch my index at the beginning. Nearly within the first week of clamping my index was gapped during clamping. Now, years later, my middle finger-to-thumb is gapped while clamping.

I too use a sock that I’ve cut to length to wrap/clamp. I start at one click, keggle to pump as I add a click at a time, while sliding the clamp down to the base as far as possible. I’ve sometimes pinched my scrotum. Most of the time I notice right away and can correct. A couple of times I didn’t notice until releasing the clamp to find a purple spot. Ever time I remove the clamp I massage the base, fire roll horizontal and vertical, then massage my entire unit, followed immediately by more keggle pumping for “recovery expansion” and manual stretches. I’ve found I get lig pops after clamping more often then without clamping.

I’ll say it again - Know Your Dick. I’m not going to tell you what you should do. I will tell you what I do. I clamp 2-3 x 10min sessions every day I can find the time and privacy. I hot tub stretch before every session.

Yes. Though I have a personal theory of starting with a cold stretch warm up routine before jumping in the hot tub for the warm up. My theory, my technique - Know Your Dick.

GTS, or local search. Do you know how to edge? Same thing, but with a clamp. Beware, anything involving clamping is advanced work and can quickly lead to an injury if you are not careful.

VERY well though out and I appreciate that. mushroomhook I also prefer doing a cold stretch warm up for a little while just for the fact that when i warm up my dick with a warm washcloth it starts to get a little bit excited or bigger which makes it hard to stretch. You feel like your stretching a semi erect dick. I really do pay attention to my dick and make sure im on the safe side and to never cross over to the dangerous side. Thanks again

WARNING, DANGEROUS WORDS AHEAD

I believe that inelastic deformation (ID) is key to gains. I feel I attain ID during cold stretches and at the extreme point of my regular, warmed PE. It is this mysterious sweet spot between ID and injury that I feel I attain the most gains. When I first started PE the ID/Injury window was nearly nonexistent. Now I find this window to have grown significantly, but as my sets progress the window tightens. And with a warmed tool, the window is tighter as well. I try to stop my sets before crossing the injury line and follow up with rolls and massage immediately afterward, and throughout the following 24hr period before my next PE session.

Sadly, I feel I’ve lost all sense of goals and PE has become an obsession and/or habit.. or worse, body dysmorphic disorder. :p
