Clamping experience

Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

It’s been a while, but I just re-read clamping 101. According to the manual, it sounds as though one should be able to get an erection, clamp their shaft, and then leave it and the shaft should remain engorged with blood. However, this isn’t the case with me. When I clamp, if I cease the “stimulation”, I ultimately go limp. I have to, at least, do some light materbating. Anybody experience this?

Also, I don’t use a rap. When I’m doing what I need to do to get a good clamping erection, I’ve got a full 1/4” inch of added girth while clamped. Anybody?

Finally, how much time do some of you allow between clamping sessions? And, how many sessions do some of you do per day and for how long?

Kazoo were you jelqing during the period of heavy clamping with poor gains that you mentioned?

Andgrowing, I have never been able to do what you describe as is suggested in clamping 101 either — I’ve always required edging basically.

Glad to hear it. I was concerned I was doing something wrong. How many sessions do you do per day and for how long? Also, how much time do you allow between sessions?

Yeah, you cross your legs to bring more pressure; any variance that increases pressure will work just as well, it just happens to be easiest for me to cross my legs. If it helps, you can try lifting your knees to your chest while sitting.

Hmm, I wasn’t jelqing, actually, which - when I started again - brought me some immediate gains, and I immediately kicked myself for basically a month of PE time wasted, and many, many hours wasted.

I’ve never tried clamping without masturbating at the same time, seems like you’d have to have it wicked tight, and I’m not too into choking my dick. I give my dick about five minutes of rest between clamping sets, and I never do more than two sets, for no more than 10 minutes at a time, every other day.

Lately I’ve been jelqing and doing bends between clamp days, and it seems to be working well. If I make some good gains, I’ll elaborate further on my routine.

I’ve always edged constantly in the clamp, usually to porn. I don’t know how some of you guys manage to do it without visual stimulus!

Most people wrap while clamping, I prefer not to and so long as you’re careful you should be able to avoid pinching and soreness. Some guys don’t get much expansion at all in the clamp, some get 1/2” and more. It’s not an exact science yet..:)

At the height of my clamping, I was doing 4 x 15 minutes 5 days a week. Usually with 5 minute rests in between. These days, as I’ve got to where I want to be, I prefer 3 x 10 minutes of a lighter routine to keep my gains cemented.

Kazoo, I’m just wondering whether or not it’s possible you would have gained during the period of high intensity clamping if you’d also been jelqing. I just say this because I was clamping at high intensity myself for months with no growth and have decided maybe the missing ingredient was jelqing, since I wasn’t jelqing at all the entire time. I’ve only just started the jelqing again though, so it’s too early to tell whether or not this is the case yet.

I consistently ask about the amount of time between clamping sessions because I want to know if it’s more advantageous to have short rest periods (five minutes) or long ones (several hours).

People seem to feel that you should do the sets together with 5 minutes or something rest periods rather than spreading them out across the day. The theory seems to be that you can expand more and more with every set if they are close together, but if you have long rests then each set only has the same expansion as the first.

Thanks. That’s exactly what I wanted to know.

Well nothing has really worked for me so I decided to try either clamping or hanging. Hanging is a BIG commitment and I don’t know whether I can afford 8hrs(!) of my day to spend hanging…I don’t even know if I’m ever awake that long, LOL. Anywho, I think I ‘m going to try clamping aswell but I want to fully research it before starting up. I didn’t fully research jelqing because I woz too excited but I realised I paid the price now, but oh well you live and you learn eh? I also read that 10 min sets were more than enough but wasn’t sure. SO what you’re all saying is: warm up, don’t need to wrap but may improve comfort, clamp for 10 minutes, take a break then clamp for another 10 mins and warm down I presume. As I have NEVER done this before, do you think I should start of at just 1 10 min session or 2 5 minute ones? Do you lot still jelq and stretch?

Beenie there are a few strings about clamping and mostly they say to make sure you are properly conditioned. So that means plenty of jelqing before anything else. What do you mean that you paid the price? That seems a bit final.

I came back to PE quite recently and realised I’d not be jelqing correctly and had jumped right to clamping. Now I do some clamping but am being very rigid (excuse pun) about following jelqing properly ie 30 mins after a hot wrap for 5 mins. And although it’s still early to tell real gains I definitely know I am thicker as it is girth I wanted. Funnily enough even when not really PEing and doing a bit of manual pulling and sporadic clamping I have come back to measuring and found I went from 6.5 NBPL to 7.25NBPL. And I wasn’t even trying for length. Which makes me think that the clamping might just be good for both and better for length for me personally.

Having had a scare about injury I have learnt the lesson about not risking anything. That’s an important piece of equipment we’re dealing with here. If I feel pain or a little sore from my last session then I’ll put in another rest day. Patience and persistence.
