Clamping for Length - Idea?

aristocane has since been banned, but I don’t know why. Was it for faking pictures? Are we still to trust his information on length-gains through clamping, or is it no longer to be trusted?

I read through Aristocanes thread again a few days ago.

I believe he later said that he gained only .25” in length from clamping and not 1”.

He did gain 1” in mid girth from 5.5” to 6.5”, base girth was 7”.

Later on he started another thread with a different user name, something like “Thegirthking” pretending to be a different person but the discolouration and dirty fingernails gave him away.

Thanks 77, that’s good info. I’m due to start girth-work soon and I’ve been wondering how it might effect my length.

I always though it was because of not only being backed into a corner about his other user name, but because he was using people here (as testimonies) for his non-free website to sell his routine. Unknowingly to the ones that he “recruit”. He did show his routine here for free, but if you want to look at it like a whole, the Aristocane thread was to gain followers and the TheGirthKing thread was to ramp up his recruits for his website as you can see some of the picture links are just barely covered up for more website hits. There would of been a much easier way being honest than snake-like.

That’s why I think he got banned. There might of been other things though.

As for clamping for length. I think I’m going to be doing a couple more girth only months after this one. I’ll be sure to measure length as well.

There was an article on PE in one of the mainstream magazines this summer. One of the men’s magazines, not Men’s Health, maybe Maxim or FHM. Anyway, this black guy claimed to have added about an inch in length from clamping. He said he felt inadequate as a black man because he had only 6” in length before he started. He had gotten to 7” by clamping and felt much better about himself. He was either a cop or a firefighter I think and he seemed sincere in the interview. The article was very positive in regard to manual PE.

Yes, I suppose we all react differently to the same exercises.
I know that when I am clamped my girth increases from 5/16” after the first set to 7/16” after the second set.

Whilst clamped my length increases by 1/4” but whether any of it will become permanent or not I do not know.

Drilla has made good girth gains from clamping, 1” I think, but as far as I know there were no length increases.

All I do is clamp along with the newbie routine and I have gained in length. It’s in the way you position the clamp. Take a look at one of my threads.

I’ve heard that clamping adds to girth from several sources now, and it sounds like the c-pulls might have also contributed to your length-gains —thanks for the links, and congratulations on reaching your goals :up:

My main concern is avoiding excessive length gain since I’m already at around my ideal length. I’ve not cemented yet since I thought I’d clamp and see if it added extra length. If not, theoretically, it shouldn’t be too difficult for me to regain the un-cemented length and continue hanging to cement. If it does add length I might get away with maintaining the same length without having to cement. At least I hope so.

How are you sure you haven’t cemented? I am hoping to find out if I am cemented. I have taken a 2 week break for the third time, I have one more week to go and will measure to see if I have lost any gains, although I am not sure if I keep my gains will tell me I am cemented. Then again, if I take a 2 month break, I will be able to tell you for sure if I am cemented or not.

I made much of my length gains, probably .5”-.75”, from clamping. During this time I did very little manual stretching but the length, mostly I just clamped.

I haven’t done any P.E. in several months, but was getting great results from clamping. I regret not “cementing” and being too lazy to continue. My most memorable moments were getting over 7 inches near the base.

I was clamping for sets of 10-20 minutes a pop with total clamping time of 60-120 minutes a day before I stopped. I found it critical to use 2 clamps instead of one, it made the intensity more controllable and minimized if not stopped any fluid buildup. After grueling trial and error of finding decent wrap that I could leave on, I cut up a waist trimming belt into 6 inch strips and took a hot glue gun and made some super “cock rings” that could be left on between sets. I also hot glued the clamps together and took an electric grinder to the “ear” and teeth I didn’t need.

I found it extremely helpful to apply Vaseline around the base so I could “bury” the clamps in my fat pad, without lube this is almost impossible.

As far as length, I think it would be important to direct the pressure upwards on the shaft, hence two or three clamps. This point is just my opinion, I believe the base is more susceptible to modification(weakest?) I would much rather use two to three clamps instead of one, the pressures are buttloads easier to control requiring less tinkering and it also kept my base from “blowing out”

Though I cant verify gaining any length from clamping myself. I can see how it might work.
I seemed to gain a little length through jelqing, clamping and stretching. And my girth gains have come from combining jelqing and clamping in a routine.

I don’t know about clamping as low as possible, but I’m currently using 2 clamps at the base and thinking about a third to increase pressure toward the head.
I seemed to have gained base girth and mid girth from clamping but not so much near my glans, which is why I want to increase pressure. Hopefully this may help length too.
Like others, I seem to get about .25”-.4” extra in length while clamping quite tightly. So I am hopeful that I can increase in length over time as I have done in girth.

I’m not too keen on hanging anymore due to it not being very easy to do for guys with foreskin. So I’m concentrating my efforts on clamping, stretching and jelqing for girth AND length.
