If I were you, I’d choose stretching over hanging if you’re thinking of combining it with clamping in the same day. I usually stretch before clamping as a means of warmup.
Whats the difference between stretching and hanging? I use a captains wench on which I have connected a rope so that I can pull it away from my body. I usually have a fixed load for ~30min by fixing the rope around my leg. Is this considered hanging or stretching?
