Clamping vs. Squeezes
Between the 2 who has done both and what are the different experiences. It seems to me that 1 month of clamping and Jelqing didnt compare to the 1 month of squeezes and Jelqing. I gained from the squeezes, just grabbing the base in an overhand ok grip and then grabbing the glans the same way and squeezing slightly.
Granted the 1 month of clamping only consisted of 3 x 7 min. sessions 3 times per week.
So.. do most gain from one rather than from both?
