I agree. Be smart about clamping. I got some strange headaches when I was clamping (I gained a little) and thankfully I quit clamping a while back and now I’m just traction stretching and making good gains and the headaches are gone. I think clamping if done intelligently and slowly allowing conditioning can be safe for big girth gains though. I’m actually kind of glad I made those mistakes from my extreme expiermentation earlier because if I ever go back to clamping it will be done in a way much smarter and prudent then when I was younger in my PE career.
