I feel the same way. If only we could all go back to being teenagers. I didn’t have access to porn til I was 15. Even then I didn’t really watch much until after high-school. Back then I could cream my pants just thinking about a women. I think the actual act of sex, or using my imagination felt much better. The need for porn can make having sex more of a chore at times since sex is never the same as watching porn.

Most women don’t like to become pornstars until you’ve known them for awhile.

I have been cutting back, and hope to be able to clamp and masturbate without the use of porn. I’m starting to look at porn as the easy way out, that ends up kicking your ass in the end. Not only does it make us disconnect from ourselves, but our partners or potential partners.

I think we are overlooking Big Girtha’s idea that we really do not need to be hard for clamping to make gains, we just need to see more expansion with each set. Kegels do this for me. Seriously, measure your girth after you go soft during your set, the measurement will not change.

You’ll get better results clamping off with a good semi, and letting the blood coming in to do the rest. I always check the glans to see how the set is going. The glans should get hard, bumpy, shiny, and stay purple throughout the first set. If you aren’t clamped enough at the base, regulate with kegels, because you should be stopping the outflow, and increasing the inflow. This is what increases the internal pressure that slowly expands the tunica over time.

I am doing Ulis with a twisted piece of ace bandage.nothing fancy, but it works.

I’ve only been doing these for a couple of months, but I feel that doing them with an erection might be what is causing all this discoloration. When I do get real hard when doing Ulis or clamping, I don’t like the feeling. Too much pressure there. It feels like something is going to give. My motto is do it every day, but listen to your body to tell you when to back off on the intensity.

First, give up porn for a few weeks. Then start reading erotic stories. There are loads of them all over the internet. literotica.com is a good site. That will help you with the imagination while not being porn. Good luck.
