My regiment has been documented years ago. My gains, length and girth are just clamping. I must post, my exercises are for reference only and not recommended. My wife helped with all of this. My current stats are 8.375 BPEL X 6.1 EG. I don’t want any more girth because my wife could not handle it, it almost hurt our marriage if you can believe that. The only maintenance we do is piss pulls and and when asleep, wife pulls my penis by habit. I also must say, pulling will also cause girth growth, Mine is proof since I don’t want any more girth, I am still getting it. Read this and use it for reference only. I am a newbie and I will complete my routine as min 3 month but I am sure that I will begin to clamping. But I am not making clamping because it is dangerous for me now. ı want to ask you. How I have to clamp. For example , Hot wrapping,stretching,jelqing and additionally clamping while watch porn or just clamping is enough PE. And also I read from your msg that you said you gained form clamping whatever you gain. Didn’t you add anything like jelqing, stretching, hot wrapping. If possible to you I want to know your routine because I also married and my wife want girth I want lenght I am already 6,1" BPEL and 5,4" EG.
