Thank you for your reply, I clamp for long time now, What no one realizing is, I do clamp all day for month’s now, I don’t know whats new now. Yes guys I do clamp all day its normal for me, Every 10 15 minutes I remove it for 5 minutes, that’s if I’m clamping tightly, if not I just leave it, and when the erection fade, I stimulate to get it hard. Now what I was trying to say, while literally no one got my point. My point was I read a lot that people leave cock ring on and just go to work or do something outside. And I wanted to clamp with cable clamp not 100% just enough to hold the blood, maybe 60 70% the blood still can go in and out, no blood restriction. I’m educated enough to know about human body, I do not need to know PE to realize that the body parts need oxygen. Every one took it as dangerous and I may lose my penis. When I clamp as 100% yes I know its mandatory to remove it as max as 15 minutes, other wise the penis will be numb and all the bad signs will pop up, I never meant to clamp 100% and leave it all day, you know I still need my dick very badly :) I do appreciate the advice’s your giving me, I really do, But we literally hijack the thread. I’m not dying for a result and I’m not looking to get it fast, I’m just having some new work, out side home, so I said maybe this could work, that’s all, I hope I explained it right this time.

That said. When I was clamping regularly I clamped the way he is suggesting. It’s very dangerous as you have to release the clamp regularly. I gained at the expense of EQ.

I think clamping can be done more sensibly while still achieving results.

Clamping all day is loopy. You do take the unnecessary risk of killing penis tissue that’s never going grow back.
A gangrene pee pee isn’t the ‘look’ you’re going for, I don’t think.

You want an intense clamping routine?? Try this for 30 minutes;
Rub Lanacane cream(w/ 20% benzocaine in it, it temporarily numbs the skin) around the base of your cock, wrap an athletic wrap around the base, tie it off with an polyester dress sock, apply clamp, hang a 2.5-5lb. weight from the base.

No more than 2x a day.

All the intense clamping benefits of clamping for hours upon hours without the major risk from the necrotizing side-effects of all day clamping.

You want me to hang and clamp right? I do not take the risk and apply a numb cream, then I clamp. So if any thing went wrong, I won’t know it until its too late. The one who clamp heavily he will understand what I mean, Clamping for 1 hour or 10, With the safety precautions won’t hurt. I won’t do this routine nor the one I suggest above. I will just clamp for some hours, and this is it. In the end I appreciate the advice’s you all gave. But non made a sense for me, For the simple fact that your off course. Titleist made a sense to me, because he do clamp, he did try it, and he did know what I’m trying to do. I do take my chances, In the end clamping for 1 minutes or 10 hours, If clamping is bad you won’t take long to know the effect. No I’m not advising any one to try clamping, or to do this routine. Just be careful. An all day clamping routine is dangerous because you have a tendency to forget when your penis naturally goes numb from lack of blood flow that you’re potentially (permanently) damaging tissue.

My routine is advanced and not for newbies, but it’s not what I would say has a high risk factor for injury. I use lanacane, just little dabs before massaging it into the skin, because I have severe turkey neck on my dick. If that’s not a problem for you, skip the creme.

My 2cents.

I understand mate. I will just stick to 3 4 5 hours routine. Best thing to do. I want to start hanging. But I don’t really know how to make the hanger clamp. I have no clue what to buy, When I try to research the material in the forum. I never found one familiar to me. Or what to look exactly for it. I’m in a place where no wallmart. Or places like this, If I want to buy something its like a mission impossible. Any clue about the clamp that people use to hang!

The one thing i notice in all this rhetoric is the lack of mentioning if your achieving any expansion during your sets. If your being conservative as you indicate then your not achieving any expansion and if that is truly the case then your probably not achieving any significant results. Without expansion there is no gain. With out expansion there is less strangulation of the penis circulation and therefore no gain. It’s kind of like weight lifting at something less then progressive weight gain. Therefor no gain unless it is aerobic. If it is aerobic then tonation is all that is accomplished but no muscle gain just endurance.

I advocate multiple sessions of clamping but not without expansion. I find it hard to believe that anyone can carry on hour after hour an accomplish anything without eventual damage to himself or no results.

If I’m wrong then Truck on my friend but lets be careful that we don’t lead newbies into programs that THEY might find damaging due to naivete or ignorance out of impatience

I understand what you mean. My expansion normally at the first of the set is 6.1 clamped on. After few sets I go up to 6.5 inches. Now the result in the status. Base girth went from 5.3 to 6.2. Middle girth from 5.3 to 5.8. I start in July and I quit for 1 month. So 10 month until now. Whats your opinion?

Agree with the OP, numbing cream sounds like a no-no fit safety reasons. The longest I ever clamped was for a little over 20 minutes. I think the sweet spot, depending on how much pressure you build, is around 9-12 minutes.

3 month jelqing, and the rest clamping. But this month when I start clamping and pumping, I saw some fast result. Or it just accelerate it not more.

Stumpy1 You clamp only 20 minutes a day. I clamp minimum 45 minutes 3 sets, 15 minutes each set. It feels good :)
