One thing I’ve learned about PE is that I have to take growth however it comes, and for whatever reason, my dick gains girth no matter what I do.

I am now cycling natural tribulus powder back to dhea 50mg for the next week to end up at 100mg of dhea for the next two months, then back to the tribulus again.

Well anyways 3rd clamping session and damn I can see and feel the difference. Must say I’m pretty sore but no pain no gain. Not really that sore but enough. Part of the problem is I don’t like to wrap or pad the clamps. Call me crazy.

Anyways going to try and stick with it for a month of all most every day. Maybe some days with a day and night session. Going to for lack of better for feel it out, and see what works best. But in 3 days I’m longer, fatter and harder. So much that the wife notices.

Yes you are crazy, vein damage and lymph damage at the very least is what you can expect from that sort of behavior.

I wasn’t implying that I was in real pain. Just that the clamps leave me a little raw. Remember they are all lined up and I take my time. But I think opening and closing the clamps several times over the 30 min. I’m overly careful because I did break a vein a couple years ago, while using traction. Because the wrap slipped. I’d wrap or something if I thought it would help.

Actually I’m thinking about trying a couple modifications. A little lube or maybe one little strip of cloth.

But thanks of the concern. I will take your thoughts into consideration. :)

A minor bruise that disappeared in less than a week and never caused any problems with EQ.

While I don’t recommend not wrapping I have never needed to.

And I use soap to jelq, which is a no-no apparently.

After several weeks of excited and optimistic clamping I have to say that this is not an every day exercise for me.

I think that I need to do a one on, one off approach for a while and see what happens.

After a week of clamping my EQ has taken a tailspin.

I have been upping the soccer intensity at the same time, but that has never killed my EQ before.

I find that intense workouts actually improve EQ if done with enough rest and good diet.

I will do a week of jelqs only and try clamping every other day.

I am now returning to hanging and did one five pound session for ten minutes last night, and again this morning, with that familiar tugging on the ligaments that I miss so much.

I am going to take it slowly getting back unto the swing as it were, and see how hanging is with the DMSO.

I’m interested in your results from hanging with the DMSO. I posted in another thread about PE and electro therapy. I’m wondering if there is any benefit to be had there too.

Funny you should say that Jim. I had a tens machine in my hand at a garage sale a few weeks ago and thought did strike me.

I will continue to post about the DMSO and hanging as details emerge.
