Cockring during sex, is this PE?

So I have been doing ULI’s for 9 months now, wearing cock rings for 3 months. I have sex with Wifey 3-4 times a week.

If I put on a cock ring adjustable or a bit tighter band, I’m halfway between my ULI size and EG. I hear many guys here talk about edging and the benefits, I think I am doing that. Some I think do edging with a cock ring on.

So my question is, am I doing PE with wifey 20-30 min with a cock ring on during sex? I have a larger than normal girth for 30 min isn’t that PE? I may or may not be growing in girth, however, I think I’m at least cementing PE gains?

Thoughts? I ask because I know now after 9 months of PE on my third newbie routine and being on the forum actively for months, I’m still learning.

I do similar things. I would say at the bare minimum cock ring during sex/edging is cementing gains. Possibly even encouraging growth.

Just like everything else in PE, everyone reacts differently.

I agree with LFG. I don’t go anywhere without mine! Holding a good hard erection as long as you can is always beneficial.

Also, a lot of guys use ‘tension bands’ to maintain an erection.

I definitely think this would be considered PE. Almost king bring clamped for 30mins but not to such a high degree. It seems like you would grow in growth from it

I don’t know if I’d consider it PE or not. On one hand you’re getting 100% EQ for a period of time. Which is the whole point of PE. Time under some form of pressure. On the other hand your not actually focused or jelqing while under pressure. I do however use a cock ring almost every time I have sex. I like the intensity of 100% EQ during sex.

At the end of the day if your enjoying it and your having positive results without any discomfort or diminished EQ, then why not incorporate it?

For those reading this. I am now leaning towards cock ring over balls and shaft during sex. I had one injury with cockring on shaft and I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. It would be good to have an open talk about this.

Cockring on shaft:
Pros:
- A bit bigger but nothing major
- Could seem bigger from your POV
Cons:
-Last less in bed with it that tight
-Injury prone (Happen to me once, anyone else?)
-Women could feel cock ring depending on size of ring

Cockring over balls and shaft:
Pros:
-Last longer in bed, can wear it longer
-Good girth and is not as uncomfortable as the shaft only
-Women feel balls press more on body
-Women don’t feel it, it goes into your fat pad, does not take away length
Cons:
-A bit less girth but nothing major to outweigh Pros
-Could seem less size from your POV view , however once you go balls deep, balls pull back and women get to feel balls and your length is all there
