Ive taken the last 2 weeks or so off…due to tests and stresses with school.

Anyways, im REALLY wanting to start back up and im jsut wondering where you guys think i should start from? Before i left i was dry jelqing, wet jelqing, stretching and then squeezing.

Should i start where i was at, but half?

Well, first, I hope all went well with tests and such -

I would think that your total time you’ve been doing PE time would play a big part in how hard and fast you can come back to your pre-testing schedule. If you’ve got several months or more under your belt, then I would think after an adequate warm-up, your regular routine would go smoothly ( and maybe shock some new growth ).

If you don’t have too much total PE time, then I’d suggest taking it slow. One week to get back in the saddle isn’t going to make-or-break your total gain outcome.

I always err on the cautious side, so as to avoid injury.

I was thinking about takin about a week of almost “starting over” type PE to allow myself to get used to it again.

After reading the post about Thermo’s Theory however, im kinda second judging that thought. After taking the time off to relax so to speak with tests, i was hoping that comming back would have a positive side effect of shocking my penis into growth.

Its kind of weird tho, because before i took the time off, i was doing a very intense, every second day workout. And i gained 1/4 of an inch girth in 2-3 weeks. Ive been doin PE for a fairly long time (not as intense tho as when i found TP)…im really kinda curious now as to what people would say?

Any thoughts?

I did my first “come back” session today…and i have a couple questions.

First, this was my rutine:
10 minutes hot wrap
3, 30 second stretches
5 minutes wet jelq
3 minutes jelq squeezes
10 minuets cool down

I got some pretty good spotage…after only 3 minutes of wet jelqing! Im used to spots, i get them probably every session but only in a small amount. This time i got one spot that got about 30 small little spots and i stopped, i didnt do anything more. Do you guys think, that because i get spots during every workout, that i should be worried? Or no?

If i shouldnt be worried, should i redo my rutine later tonight(minus the stretching because i did that)?
