I pump mine up to where it’s almost if not the same size in girth than a full erection. Even though it has no hardness to the erection.

I see. I think I am getting erect percentage confused with visual appearance. Maybe I just need to plump my penis until I have a fully erect looking but soft erection?

I should clarify my last statement.

I pump mine up the same size as a full erection before I start. Once I do a few bends, it is actually bigger than a full erection.

I see thanks for explaining that to me, I think that is where I am going wrong, I.e. Not getting plumped enough first.

Do you also notice an improvement in length after a few bends?

I don’t see any improvement in length. I think length has to be gained with no erection what so ever. IE hanging, wet low level jelqing. I would think you need a pulling action to get length.

However MrO claims big length gains from this exercise. I don’t measure so I don’t know.

Yeah, I know what you mean. One thing to remember though, Horse440 and Uli were hit and runs also.

Deadeye makes me think of an archeaologist translating an ancient spiritual text. Heh. Hey I was wondering, a few of you mentioned you we’re seeing some good gains on this exercise, but no one said the how long it took except for mrO. Has anyone matched his impressive gains? How long did it take you guys?

Deadeye, I tried using a rubber band during my bending session and did as you said: I warm wrapped and lightly jelqed until I had an engorged but soft penis that was the same as my erect girth. By the time I’d finished my workout I had an erect midshaft girth that was almost half an inch larger than usual.

It didn’t stay like that or anything, but in my experience if you’re getting that kind of a pump from an exercise, you’ll be gaining something with enough time.

I tried a rubber band also today throughout the session. I felt as though I was at last putting adequate stress on my tissue cells. I also wore the band for 2 hours after the session to ensure that I didn’t shrivel up like I normally do before the damaged tissue has healed.

I found after a set of bends my penis was a dark purple colour. Does anyone else find this?

Roid get a bigger rubberband. Or let it breath from time to time. And make sure you’re nice and warmed up. A hot tub is very good for this exercises. Be careful Roid if it turned dark purple why on earth would you leave it on for two hours? I’ll put a bigger rubberband on after the exercises to keep up the pump. I use a bigger rubberband not the tighter one I used during the exercises. When I leave a rubberband on after the exercise I use one that puts very very little pressure. And I usually only leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.

I don’t mind answering questions about this exercises. I really think it’s the best way to PE. Even though I haven’t seen anything like the gains MrO has. I have seen growth. I’ve been doing this for only two months. I didn’t go into this exercises with the expectation of gaining what MrO claimed. I had realistic hopes and I think I’m seeing a very good return on my efforts.

As far as the rubberband goes, You’ll figure out how tight it needs to be. You’ll also notice that you have to constantly change to a bigger size. I have old rubber bands laying around. I’ll grab one and try to put it on and it snaps because I’m too big for it. Or if they don’t snap, I physically can’t stretch them out to fit.

I wrap the rubberband around the shaft and the underside of my balls. This keeps the rubber off you’re shaft. And it stretches your ball sack. My ball sack is actually getting bigger even though I’m increasing the shaft in size. Very important to keep that skin stretching. I’ve read where guys with big gains lose their balls from skin stretch.

Also be sure to shave, those rubber bands can pull hairs out. I’m so use to it now I think I almost like it!

Wearing the band for 2 hours after keeps me plumped but not fully expanded because I have a 0% erection. It only goes purple when I am exercising because it’s at maximum pressure. Thanks for advice

Sometimes when I do the obends I’m getting “pregnancy stripes” on my dick(don’t know, if thats the right word)

So I think am over bending my skin, but not my inner penis(tunica and blood vessels)

Should I worry about it? Am I doing anything wrong?

Do you put back your foreskin when doing this exercise?

Is it OK to mix obends with stretching, jelqing and clamping?

I’m not surprised by that, those stripes are probably the skin stretching be careful not to let them develop into a skin tear. I’ve had skin tears and they are not fun, the O-bends seem to only work the skin over, IMO. if those “stripes” become open you will need to apply Neosporin or other triple antibiotic ointment.

If it feels like the skin is being stretched to much, use some lotion.

I am giving it a try. I am gonna change my workout completely.
I want to concentrate more on the tunica stretching now than I did before.
I plan to do a little stretching routine every day in the morning(down, 2 x BTC, 3 x up, 1 x “dog pissing stretch” left/right)
And new workouts with 36-48 hours rest in between
New workout:
-)Stretching under the shower(2 x down, 3 x up,left, right, forward, 2 x BTC, 2 x dps l/r, 2 x inverted Vs, 10 slow rotations)
-)20 minutes of obending in all directions each 10-15 secs

Each stretch is about 40 secs long

Some questions:
1. The single steps in obends: kegel some blood in your penis, grip right at your base, pull a little bit forward, take the other hand an bend in any directions
Then do it again with your grip-hand a little bit more forward
2. Is this workout enough - should I add some jelqing or clamping? Can I achieve length gains?
3. Any more good tunica stretches I forgot?
