Correct measuring technique
I’ve noticed lately that if I measure in the morning then I get a much higher reading than in the evening. Can anybody explain this?
For example…
Last night: BPFSL 7 7/16
This morning: BPFSL 7 11/16
I’m pretty sure that come this evening I’ll be back to 7 7/16, but it seems incredibly stretchy in the morning by comparison. Do you think there is anything significant about this? Perhaps an optimal time of day to do PE?
BTW, my BPEL is somewhat behind the above (currently around 6 10/16 on a good day). I made good flaccid stretched improvements with the heat stretching mentioned in another thread, but not much erect gain at the time by comparison. I’ve noticed since though that the erect length is now slowly catching up of it’s own accord (seemingly irrespective of whether I PE or not). I do the heat thing 1 week on, 1 week off, though the excersise and off days remain the same. Also, I’ve not noticed anyone with such a pronounced difference between BP and NBP. Perhaps that is a factor(?)
