Correct way to measure standing up or sitting?

Anyone ever notice a difference in girth when measuring standing or sitting? I find I measure more standing, and I don’t know why….

Well, not really.

Sitting down slows down blood flow through my legs (depending on how I sit) so getting up quickly causes blood to rush to my legs with the added bonus that some goes to my dick.
