Hello guys,

I have been thinking recently about one thing. I am familiar with trading stocks, futures and currencies. I have been doing that for at least 6 years with mixed results. What I have learned from that is that cycles do exist. Markets move up and down, we have day and night etc.

My idea is….what happens if we start to stretch our units with maximum force for let’s say 2-3 months? Probably we would get some results but our tissues would become very though which would stop our further gains. Now-what if in this moment we stopped heavy stretching and for another 2-3 wear just simple ADS with low force? Do you think that in this period our gains would get bigger as our tissues start to get soft? Then of course we start again heavy stretching….

Or the same idea with jelqing…after 2-3 three months of stretching/hanging(with no jelqing) we start jelqing/milking for another 2-3 months?

It is just theory-I have not done this. But I would like to here your comments.

Thanks-great post! Did not notice it earlier.

However I feel that this is bit different…Xeno was doing decon breaks and did nothing there. What I am thinking about is placing in decon break whole 2-3 months of ADS(no heavy stretching at all) while in months of heavy hanging there is no ADS.

I guess that area is not explored. If you do this, make sure and post a progress thread with your program.

If you’re like me, you do this type of thing naturally. What I mean to say is that I go pretty hard with PE for months at a time, and then wane off to some kind of maintenance program. All I can say is that it (perhaps by chance) my penis health also varies a lot from unimpressive at times to representing strength and male virility at others. I think you can deduce from this that a sporadic approach will produce sporadic results. Maybe it’s a great idea though.


Recognize.

My concern would be that constant over training with no brake will cause scar tissue. Scar tissue does not stretch very well and can actually case a curve or shorten the penis!


Starting size 6.5 x 5.5

3 Months into PE 7.25 x 5.5

When I had a plateau, I tried cycling. Only stretching for 2 months and then only jelqing for 2 months. Guess what, I gained. Incredible feeling. I stopped PE because I had a new girlfriend. After while reintroduced PE and did not make gains until I did cycle again.

So for me it works.
