Cycle Training??? Suggestions??
Hello all.
I just received an email telling me my Bib was on they. When I ordered it, it got me to thinking,
what if I tried what I could only call “Cycle Training”:
day 1
warm ups
basic stretches
hanging
day 2
warm ups
basic stretches
pumping
day 3
warm ups
basic stretches
intense manual stretches(A’s, V’s Blasters etc…)
day 4
off
Then start all over. Of course, I would jelq between each set of pumping or hanging
just to insure proper circulation.
Any thoughts? Would this speed gains? I realize that actually tracking gains would be hard
to do but would the varying of the routine help?
