Man, I thought I was starting to see some small gains, because of my gf said it was bigger, but I just got done measuring it, and there was no difference!
My problem is this, I have no idea if I’m doing to much or to less, I really have no idea!
By hell, I will have a big dick one way or the other!!

I was doing 500 jelqs for the last 4 months, now I don’t know if that’s to much, should I bump it up, or take it down?

As far as stretching, I do manual stretches, but I can only hold each set no longer than 15 seconds, because my hand give out! So I usually do lots of sets for abut 45 minutes!

It was suggested to me, that I should stretch the upper angels, because my LOT is 7 o’clock, but if I stretch upwards I can’t feel it pulling my ligs, about as far up as I can go and still feel a lig pull, is about 9 o’clock.

What do you bros suggest?

What if after I jelq, I put my unit in a pump and let it set for 20 or 30 mins?

How often do you do your jelqing, every other day? That’s what I do and I’ve gained a 1/2 inch in girth. Sometimes I stop for a week, on my last break of 2 months I lost 1/4 inch of that girth increase.

The 9 o’clock, or SO, pull seems good to me. Good luck.

Maybe your girl noticed the volume seemed bigger? A ruler won’t measure volume. If you want to see gains next to a ruler, consider putting more focus on stretching instead of jelqing (500 sounds brutal). During stretches, does your hand give out, or does the grip slip? If it’s the latter, consider using some powder behind the glans. Oh, I can’t really feel upward stretches either (although, I believe that stretch does not isolate the ligs). Don’t forget, the LOT theory is is still a theory. If you feel more of a benefit from stretching SD (or BTC), then do it. As far as pumping…I think stretching and jelqing are all you need.

New member, what kind of jelq’s do you do?? How long have you been doing this for and other info about your routine is welcome.

Well when I was trying to stretch the upper angles I did upward stretches and V streches. I think the V stretches helped more than just plain stretching. You may want to check that out. Also you may want to try to a piece of toilet paper or paper towel to get more traction if the powder is a not possible. Good luck.

Several guys have noted that erections from sex are of better quality than masturbation. This could account for the gf noticing a difference since the quality with her may be better than by yourself and the ruler. Many guys have also noted that their dicks are ruler shy. ie it seems to recede while they are reacing for the ruler to take the measurement. Did you take a bone pressed flaccid stretch before you started? That is one measurement that is not dependant on quality of erection and some guys say that it is very close to sexually induced length. (One of our members actually went to the trouble of having sex, pulling out and measuring on the spot).

One caveat to that luvdadus, while I agree most people find their bone pressed flaccid length/bpfsl is close to their bone pressed erect length/bpel, I am one of those very few people who don’t find this to be true. There is a 1+” difference for me. That is what I get for buying my unit off some guy in Tijuana. :)

You may want to try hanging. I would select the Bib…that is one I use. It works great!

I agree with Ophiosaurus. If your hands are giving out you might want to look into hanging. Also if you are new to pumping you should not spend more than 15 minutes in the cylinder in a 24 hour period. The only gains you will get from over pumping is gainful employment with Krispy Kream.

What I meant was a ruler measures length. To measure volume (of a cylinder-like shape) you’d need to multiply pi by the radius squared by length: V = pi * r^2 * L. I think a small increase (however subtle) in length yields a significant gain in volume. I see members mention how they see a gain of only an eighth inch, but their unit appears obviously larger. Make sense?
