Dance... Thank you

Dance... Thank you

Dance. Over the last year I have always enjoyed your posts and your replys, even mine a few times.

Your posts on weight loss and body tone really got me thinking and about 2 months ago I decided to change my whole eating habits and exercise routines.

I started lifting free weights for upper body tone and squats for leg tone and I have a different looking 55 year old body today, still not there yet but I really see progress. Its kinda nice when I flex my arm a bulge appears.

Its your diet suggestions that has really done it for me. That Orange first thing in the morning and then a light lunch and dinner has resulted in a weight loss of over 10 lbs in 6 weeks. I keep the carbs down and the proteins up. At this rate I should see my goal weight at 175 by the end of March or so. Currently I’m at 195. According to the pole I should be at 160, oh well.

What I feel is best about these forums is that I now look at my whole body, not just my penis anymore. Even my wife is starting to comment on how much better I look now.

Thanks again Dance and all the rest of you. Without you guys, well I’d rather not think about it.

Your welcome! I am glad to help out and glad things are working out for you. Happy that at least someone tried it instead of all the negative guys saying, “it is all about ‘this’ or ‘that.’” I kept saying just try the fruit in the morning and see what happens and I am glad to see you, (along with every other friend of mine that did it) saw some results. Chances are someone else will say it was really this or that and try and downplay the fruit without even trying it. This is why I quit telling people about it. I can’t let the negative guys bother me. It is their life if they don’t want to try it then that is their business. After all, I am the one in my fourties that gets to stand naked in front of a bunch of cute college girls everyday so at least I am happy lol.

Keep up the good work.

Fruit

Dance,

Since our fruit discussion some time ago at the ol ezboard, I made it a habit to drink a fresh juice made of either 2 oranges or one grapefruit every morning. Also one banana, one aple/pear and 2 kiwi fruis(very rich with vit C) are a must every day, never before or after a meal, but “solo”. I believe the fruit give me a lot of energy, I started running instead of walking and jumping the stairs by two instead of taking the elevator. Well at 50 yo I am not modeling but working out has payed off and I feel and look a lot better now (still have to do something about that stuborn thin fat layer on the belly). Your posts have been very motivating and actually inspired me to make the change. For that I am greatful. You see some guys will argue and do nothing about it but if you convince even one person to change his lifestyle for the better, then it was well worth the effort.
Thanks again,

WB

Dance...

Can you post a link to that discussion. I find nutritional information fascinating, thanks.

Never argue with an idiot...they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

It’s a long thread, but if you read it you will learn a thing or two.

hey Dance

I too have encorporated more fruit in the AM. About three days a week. I do not eat breakfast cause I just am not a breakfast eater. But the fruit has given me some extra pep. Also drink lots of water. I feel great. Thanks. I splurged and bought the abtronic. Did you get one? If so, what do you think?

Oh I have hesitated about the ab belt. I have a friend that tried the abenergizer and it never made him sore in the abs. He left the thing on the highest level for the whole day but never even got sore. Another friend also tried it and got nothing from it. I am interested in your experience also.

Update on my first post here

Dance. Well it has been a few months since that post in January and I thought that you might like to know that I reached my goal of 175 lbs in May and I am keeping it there. I look the best in years and a few days ago even my sister who I havent seen in 2 1/2 years cannot believe the change, so much so that she had to take a picture of me to show her kids.

I still eat that orange first thing and do upper body building 3 days a week and walk 2 miles a day. Not too shabby for a 56 year old.

regards Canuck
