Dermacure for discoloration.

I have heard that Dermacure is great for discoloration, does anyone know any local stores that sell the product over the counter? I’m trying to avoid buying it online. Any suggestions?

…And also does anyone have 1st hand experience with this product… does it work as good as advertised. I just want to make sure that its worth my $26.00 for 6oz.
