Anyone else just say; “Yeah I’m not gonna do any PE of any kind on such and such day?” I use Sunday. Monday - Saturday I PE, 2 on and 1 off. :)

My schedule is 3 on 1 off. I take off on my weight lifting day and do PE on cardio days, hiking or biking.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I might need to start 3 on and 1 off. Since I do clamping one and one off day, that way they’ll sync right. Haha! As it is right now, 2 on and 1 off I have no off days since I clamp on the day off usually.
