I assume it works by inserting your penis at the base of the apparatus and then wrapping it around subsequent circular “notches.” Can you get your penis all the way to the bottom of the device and do you just pull when you have had it wrapped up completely. Tell us more about your experiences and how you wrap the thing.

I use it to clamp my unit in the smallest opening in the device and twist it around like plyers.
