Disposable Hot Packs?

Anyone ever try disposable hot packs pre-workout? I use them and find their perfect, they last about 10 minutes of good strong heat and they mold right to you. I just don’t have a clue as to what they cost, because I work in a psychiatric hospital and they just have a way of following me home.

Hello EZ Rider, it must be interesting to work in a psychiatric hospital. I haven’t tried using the disposable hot-packs, but can see how they would work. I’ve been looking for something new and will give this a try. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Stevie, yes, interesting is a good way to put it…lol Certainly never a dull moment.
My job is mostly comprised of giving out the meds and wrestling peeps into restraints and injecting them with needles. (I’m an LPN)
I’ve been bitten, kicked, scratched, punched, spit on, cursed at, you name it.
It really takes a certain personality, not to haul off and let ‘em have it sometimes, but you always have to keep in mind, it’s nothing personal, these peeps are really not well. Besides, you want your job, you just can’t do that…lol You just have to derive what satisfaction you can from sticking 2 1/2” of steel in their ass and knowing in a minute their gonna be knocked out.

I’m going to try a heavy search online tonight to see what I can find in the way of these disposable packs, I’ll let you know what I come up with.
