DLD and me???!?!

DLD and me???!?!

I want to start using DLD blasters in part with my hanging routine, but my hanging is OTS . So would doing DLD blasters sort of cancel out the tunica hang since DLD blasters are mostly designed to work the ligs or would they sort of work good together? And by the way, on step 4 of the blasters, when you kegel in, is your dick in the stretched form or just relaxed, I know when you reverse kegel you stretch out, but I was wondering about when you kegel in? One more thing, what are some of you guys gains from DLD blasters? Thanks

Hanging OTS stretches tunica and And depending on what direction you do your blasters, they can either stretch the tunica or ligs. Anyhow… Even if you stretch different tissues with these two exercises, stretching another tissue won’t “destretch” the other.

You are not supposed to stretch while kegeling. Stretch only when rev-kegeling.
