RWG here with some evidence for you as to the effectivness of DLD bends… As you may or may not know I have been a very slow gainer since I started PE approx 10 months ago… The gains I was reporting were not really gains as I was measuring seated instead of standing… I have kept very close track of my size gains from month to month and aside from an approx 1/4” gain of NBPEL I have not gained any ground at all…
Approx three weeks ago I went on DLD’s secret sauce which included erect bends, I experienced some blood, yes. There is no doubt that these exercises are NOT for people just starting out… Aside from my blood issue I have had my first real gains, which for me is impressive to say the least. I was really starting to question my ability to gain prior to doing these bends but now know I will meet & or beat my goal of 9” NBPEL, easy and much faster then I would have (or have not) made it to my goal length…
I have trained hard for month after month and while my premature ejaculation issue has improved greatly my size has done little… Length has done little and girth has done nothing! I’m most certain that three months on this new routine will pave the way toward my goals as far as PE goes… You wanted to hear from someone else about the bends and now ya did…
