ForMe, you have been here long enough to know that pain = bad. Discomfort and aching is what you’re after, but not pain. You do really have to squeeze you dick nice and hard if you aren’t gaining. Some will gain easier in girth than others and you obviously don’t gain girth easily. So you have to go that little bit further than others do to gain girth. You will have to make things intense.
You will also need to take a good amount of rest ofcourse. Before getting more intense, first check that you aren’t over training your dick and stalling it’s growth. However, I doubt this is the case as you don’t even have discoloration on your dick and this would be quite rare for anyone gaining girth, as a certain level of intensity is needed to gain girth and such a level of intensity discolours the skin somewhat.
So, it is probably time to increase intensity. You have been doing girth exercises for a while I take it, so your dick will be nicely adapted to take it to the intense Uli’s and intense Horses stage. During the Uli’s make sure you are 100% erect and then grasp as far back as you can, then before squeezing down, do a strong split second kegel and immediately afterwards clamp the tornique ok sign really tight, and I mean tight. Push forwards slightly but if you can slide the grip forwards then either your grip isn’t tight enough or dick hasn’t got as much blood in it as it should. Your dick should feel a nice aching feeling and it expands and the blood’s pressure pushes against the internal structures and skin. There should be some discomfort but no pain. At the end of the workout you should be coming away with the feeling in your dick that it has gone through something intense. It shouldn’t be feeling comfortable it should feel worked hard. Just not to the point of it causing anything more than a nice strong ache.
With dry jelqing, I personally find it hard to gain the same intensity as I get from wet jelqing. Which ever one of the two gives you the most intense pump and largest flaccid pump afterwards, that one should be chosen and the other should be abandoned in my opinion. You have to remember that you are failing to gain girth, so you therefore need to pick out the best exercises and abandon any others, so that you can put all your energy into the one’s most likely to work for you. So, if you are like me and get a stronger pump and afterhang from wet jelqs, then dry jelqs should be abandoned. Whilst on the subject of jelqing and afterhang, a way to assess how good your jelqing workout is, is by seeing just how swollen with blood and how pumped and large your flaccid hang is after jelqing. Your flaccid dick should be swollen and pumped, hanging very low for well over an hour afterwards. That is a sign of how well the jelqing workout has been and this is what you should aim for. If you don’t get an effect like this afterwards, then you need to start making your sessions more intense.
Use the same intensity for horses as I described with Uli’s. Things want to be sore and aching afterwards if you are a hardgainer. NO painand no sharp twinges. If you ever feel this, back off a little. Intensity is the way, but with caution. Listen to your dick at all times. Learn just how far you can push the intensity without it causing pain. If you can’t feel the occasional ache from your session the morning afterwards, then I believe you are being too gentle.
