Hello yo,

I’ve been at this for coming on a year, and although I’ve gained just over half an inch in length, I’ve not really made any noticeable gains in girth despite only targeting girth with erect jelqs, dry jelqing, Horses and other varying combinations of girth intensive workouts.
Now the ting I’m wondering is am I squeezing enough ??
You see you guys always go on about red spots, discolouration and pain, of which I don’t get any…….should I chock my chicken to the point
of pain?

ForMe, you have been here long enough to know that pain = bad. Discomfort and aching is what you’re after, but not pain. You do really have to squeeze you dick nice and hard if you aren’t gaining. Some will gain easier in girth than others and you obviously don’t gain girth easily. So you have to go that little bit further than others do to gain girth. You will have to make things intense.

You will also need to take a good amount of rest ofcourse. Before getting more intense, first check that you aren’t over training your dick and stalling it’s growth. However, I doubt this is the case as you don’t even have discoloration on your dick and this would be quite rare for anyone gaining girth, as a certain level of intensity is needed to gain girth and such a level of intensity discolours the skin somewhat.

So, it is probably time to increase intensity. You have been doing girth exercises for a while I take it, so your dick will be nicely adapted to take it to the intense Uli’s and intense Horses stage. During the Uli’s make sure you are 100% erect and then grasp as far back as you can, then before squeezing down, do a strong split second kegel and immediately afterwards clamp the tornique ok sign really tight, and I mean tight. Push forwards slightly but if you can slide the grip forwards then either your grip isn’t tight enough or dick hasn’t got as much blood in it as it should. Your dick should feel a nice aching feeling and it expands and the blood’s pressure pushes against the internal structures and skin. There should be some discomfort but no pain. At the end of the workout you should be coming away with the feeling in your dick that it has gone through something intense. It shouldn’t be feeling comfortable it should feel worked hard. Just not to the point of it causing anything more than a nice strong ache.

With dry jelqing, I personally find it hard to gain the same intensity as I get from wet jelqing. Which ever one of the two gives you the most intense pump and largest flaccid pump afterwards, that one should be chosen and the other should be abandoned in my opinion. You have to remember that you are failing to gain girth, so you therefore need to pick out the best exercises and abandon any others, so that you can put all your energy into the one’s most likely to work for you. So, if you are like me and get a stronger pump and afterhang from wet jelqs, then dry jelqs should be abandoned. Whilst on the subject of jelqing and afterhang, a way to assess how good your jelqing workout is, is by seeing just how swollen with blood and how pumped and large your flaccid hang is after jelqing. Your flaccid dick should be swollen and pumped, hanging very low for well over an hour afterwards. That is a sign of how well the jelqing workout has been and this is what you should aim for. If you don’t get an effect like this afterwards, then you need to start making your sessions more intense.

Use the same intensity for horses as I described with Uli’s. Things want to be sore and aching afterwards if you are a hardgainer. NO painand no sharp twinges. If you ever feel this, back off a little. Intensity is the way, but with caution. Listen to your dick at all times. Learn just how far you can push the intensity without it causing pain. If you can’t feel the occasional ache from your session the morning afterwards, then I believe you are being too gentle.

Also, building an Uli thing would help you, because my grip is very very strong and manual Uli’s even exahaust my grip after 20 mins. The grip should start to tire otherwise you aren’t squeezing hard enough. That gives you an idea of how swollen and pumped your dick should be from the blood pressure, if your grip is fatiguing fairly quickly from how much blood pressure is trying to force it’s way back past your grip but isn’t able to due to your grips intense pressure.

What kind of shape are you in physically?
Do you work out / smoke / drink excessive caffine?

My best girth gains have come when I was working out at least once a day and limiting my intake of caffine/carbonation.
This combined with my frequent use of the Thera-P wrist wrap and a multivitamin/yohimbe/goat-weed combo was very effective. I don’t feel the yohimbe helped much at all and the goat-weed really only aided in maintaining a better flaccid hang. I think the multivitamin was the most critical.

My girth workouts did not consist of a set routine. I simply would do every excercise that I would randomly remember at high intensity. I would simply go until my hands would cramp/tire out, exhaust my penis to the point that I could not maintain the proper erection level, accidently ejaculate, or have to stop due to time/privacy issues. Whenever possible I would strap on the Thera-P band as far down on the shaft as I could. I would use a really tight wrap and kegel in blood beyond normal erection strenght/size. Then I would go work at my desk or watch TV on the couch with it stuffed down one leg. I would do kegels until my skin became irritated by the wrap or my erection subsided completely (usually less than 40 minutes). I did girth workouts like this 3-5 days of the week and gained 0.25” in girth in about 2 months.

NOTE: This is very aggressive in nature and should only be done if you are experienced in PE and know your limits. I feel that my health/age/vitamins allowed me to work out this hard and not damage myself.

Gottagrow, I don’t really want to go for a Uli thing until I’ve squeezed all the gains I can get with my own two hands, then I’ll start building devices.

Shortwide, you seem to have some serious girth gains going for you, so I think that’s the way I’m gonna try and go. I don’t smoke cigarettes, but do smoke weed daily and only drink coffee when I’m working earlies at work (2 weeks a month) but I’m consciously cutting down. I take a multi vitamin for men every other day and am generally healthy.
I have just got a supply of Horny Goat Weed, which I’ve been thinking of taking an hour or so before planned work-outs if you think this might help Not sure what effect this will have, but they recommend taking three tablets three hours before sex, so I plan on taking one, two hours prior to PE and see how it goes.

ForMe, don’t take horny goat weed before doing any stretching as you don’t want erections stopping you from doing your stretches. Good for girth workouts only. Maybe you could do length and girth at different times of the day. Length in the morning, then take the horny goat weed before a girth routine in the evening.

Don’t worry Gootagrow, I’ve not been doing any length exercises as I’m only really interested in girth……the length just seems to come without me trying, so long may it continue :)

I took a horny goat weed the other day and didn’t have much effect I’ll have to go for a higher dose next time.

Make sure you drink plenty of water with the pills. I take my pills with two 10 oz. glasses of water. If I’m not too full I add another. I read somewhere on one of the packages that large amounts of water were required to activate/hydrate the herbs allowing them to be absorbed better. Oh yeah, I definitely think substituting horny goat weed for the other stuff will help a lot!!
