I just started doing fowfers like 2 days ago. I get a real good stretch, my dick has a really nice flaccid hang to it afterwards. And I was thinking the same as you, while wouldn’t it increase erect length if it’s a stretch? I do them a lot throughout the day. Even if I drive somewhere I’ll do them in the car. And for those having problems with your dick going numb/cutting off circulation. You don’t sit on it, you put it right between your ass cheeks. Shouldn’t be cutting off any circulation to your dick.
When I’m at home I’ll do fowfers for 10ish minutes, jelq for 2 minutes, fowfers again, jelq for another 2 and so on
