Does anyone know when jelq growth occurrs?

The idea in PE is to promote greater expansion under the same erectile pressure. In order to do this you must exercise the tissue that resists expansion. When you understand the structures that hinder expansion you can attack the resisting tissue.

Jelq growth occurs when the penis (erect cylinder) can intake more blood. In the unconditioned penis the intake valves shutdown blood supply prematurely which results in a small erection. The chambers of the penis must accept more blood so new growth occurs. This style of growth can happen relatively quickly (2 to 3 weeks) and it is readily visible. Active jelqing will provide excessive expansion so like a new balloon readily breaks down, so does the penis.

Jelq growth is always occurring, or at least in a theoretical sense, you won’t always see size changes. Blood carrying tissue is being worked, and those benefits are slow and most of the time not visible to the human eye. But, this is why you may wake up one morning with a size of wood you have not seen before, it is always a glorious day when this happens. You can spring to the window and tear open the sash and yell to the world, “jelq growth has occurred, and I am huge at last.”

So, forgive me I found it hard to comprehend completely ha, you think rest days are neccessary though?

Everybody is different in regard to inserting rest days. In the case of jelqing you get your best outcome when the physiology is ‘loosey goosey’ since in this condition it responds best to forces of expansion. People will use interval styled training and hang one day and jelq the next; or people do both, and do it until something falls off. We all understand the zest to ‘go big’ and go all the time. But, its not necessary, you do not have to run every day, or workout every day to become a champion ‘whatever;’ you just need a disciplined approach and good technique.

To get length you have to effectively fatigue the suspensory tendons and to grow girth you have to effectively promote expansion of the chambers and glans. People have different recovery periods and thresholds of discomfort or trauma, so you deal with these issues and plan an approach. Heat will relax the physiology and make things more extendable under jelqing techniques, so hot towel wraps and scrotum stretching help build a package that is more conducive to manipulation and will take in more blood. Trauma will cause the physiology to retract into the body; in growers it will retract more than in showers. You cannot have a good workout if your package does not want to come out and play, so if everything is tight you might as well go to the cinema.

Hey man, I’m experimenting with rest days and what PE I do or not. Right now, on my rest days I jelq a little in the morning before putting on my XSleeve and wear that all day. I do a jelq session before bed and piss pulls.

My jelq sessions aren’t as intense as on a PE day. I do about 25 strokes and that’s it.

I think the most important thing is to not let your penis turtle. That’s what I’m struggling with and the best method to achieve that.

I wanted to both of those things except with my stealth product, but there’s no way. For the past 3 days i’ve been waking up with extremely hard and painful erections, and every few minutes i’d have these pain waves in my penis where the area that gets stretched most by jelqing would pulsate painfully like there was another heart was there, and I felt like my penis was internally bleeding from pumping and these would last like 5-15 minutes each. It was hell so i’m definitely gonna be resting.

What you describe sounds like nerve irritation/damage and you definitely should take a total break from PE, in my personal opinion.

You are being too intense with one or several of your PE exercises.

Are you doing wet or dry jelqs? Where exactly are you feeling the pain in your penis?

Oh I am until I have fully healed.
And yes, my volume/intensity are indeed too high for a 3 on 1 off frequency.
Wet jelqs, and the upper part of the shaft where I get the most squeeze doc when I get the jelq pains. Pump pains have gone away but I just wokeup to pulsating pain waves from my upper shaft, and then I get diamond hard erections whilst its friggin’ being bruised. I didn’t do anything to deserve this.

When I had an intensive jelq routine I used to wake up to rock hard erections too. They were “painful”, but a good painful if you know what I mean. It was never nerve like pain or shockes/waves of pain. It was more of the pain/soreness you’re muscles feel after a good workout at the gym.

I’ve always thought about this in the back of my head. Based on my research into weightlifting (the book Brawn) it seems most people gain better with more rest days. I know PE is a little different but the author of that book recommends lifting once every 4-5 days or maybe even once a week depending on the routine.

To me this makes sense as I’ve been into PE on and off (mostly off) since 2002 and could never even stick with a 2 on 1 off routine because my penis would become fatigued and was always in a state of weak jelly like erections. My routine was very basic too with a 5 min warm-up, about 10-15 stretching and 15 min jelqing.

Right now I am trying a every other day 10min jelq routine with VERY minimal manual stretching thrown in on the days I don’t jelq. This even seems too much for me, so my next step might be jelq one day, stretch the next day and then take a day completely off.

You stated that you have weak jelly like erections, in this picture the issue is very obvious. Think of your penis like a bicycle tire with an inner tube. Stretching your penis is like stretching your tire and jelqing your penis is like working the inner tube. Right now you have a gap between your tire and inner tube, meaning your tire is so stretched out that your inner tube is not filling your tire; hence soft erections. Jelqing really needs to become your main focus and with any PE routine your bread and butter. I hope this analogy helps. Good luck :-)

I find that sometimes jelqs can be very demanding. Have you tried to cut the time down to say 5 or 10mins?
See if you have the same fatigue?
