I was as sceptical as you - but I have made gains and am pleased with them. It has been only as demanding as a strict gym regime (where I have also had good results). Moreover, it is not rocket science: you apply regular stress to an extensible body part and over time it responds by adjusting its size to match the forces applied.

What this site is all about is discovering and discussing the most efficient and speedy means of achieving the gains. That gains are possible is beyond doubt.

If you trawl through the PE data site and, let’s say, ignore the top 20% of gains (because you are sceptical of lies, mis-measurement, self delusion, etc.) and the bottom 20% (because many people do not stick top the exercises or do them properly) you will be left with a large chunk of data that say that gains are achieved. The data also show that initial gains (once the exercises are learnt and performed properly) are the easiest top come by, and as time goes on gains become more and more difficult to achieve.

Another thing that can be seen - and it is something I did not realise when I started - is that regardless of any length gains made, you end up with a dick which is in much better shape than before. It performs how you want, when you want. New avenues are opened and you sex life follows new routes. Personally I think PE is worth the time involved for this aspect alone.

Swan, no one is getting rich here from PE. I doubt DLD even makes all that much money. Like TT said, BIB supplied instructions to make his hangers. And if you look around here long enough, you’ll find most of the PE equipment CAN be made at home. But if you’re not all that mechanically inclined, then someone who is will make it for you. The most important PE equipment is your hands. That, and a little time, is a solid PE program. You don’t have to spend a dime on PE. It’s just time and effort.

A little scepticism is fine, but don’t come barging into this place and flat out state that this doesn’t work. If you don’t think it works, fine. You can leave as quickly as you came. PE does take a LOT of time and effort. You need to sift through all the “3 to 4 inches in one month” crap. That just doesn’t happen. And I would bet the majority of people here would agree with that.

BigGirtha, your stats show that you gained quite a large amount - do you believe those are real gains or because you cured your ED and hence your penis actually showed more— having ED obviously severely limits blood flow, and basically you just turned the hose back on and refilled the tissues?

I never flat out stated that this doesn’t work— go reread.. Most of you that are ranting and defending PE are sounding very ignorant of reality— the sarcasm shows very little intelligent debate and more of a defensive posture- defensive because you know I’m right— that the exaggerated gains are CLEARLY false lies- and that PE MAY be possible— but measurement, increased erection and blood flow, etc are the MAJOR reasons for PE—
And for those who try to support this by saying that doctors use “stretching/hanging” after surgery, that’s because they are stretching the ligaments and pulling it out of the body, NOT BECAUSE it’s growing the penis— if that were true, you wouldn’t need the operation in the first place.. DUH
