I am trying to figure out a way to cement my EG newbie gains and move on. I don’t seem to have a problem with keeping my length, but the girth comes and goes. I think EG depends on EQ substantially, but I think a big problem I have is cementing my EG gains and moving to the next level. From reading the theories developed on this site, and other observations good gainers have made, I have thought up a hypothesis that I am going to test out; or have been experimenting with rather. I have exhausted all variables, but I must admit I haven’t been living that much of a healthy lifestyle, which may be fluctuating my EG measurements.

It seems after a weekend of binge drinking my work go’s down the toilet. I know now that I am going to have to drink less, and less often. I still work out, but since starting classes I haven’t been eating as well as I should. That’s going to change now. I gave up the diet beverages that I used as much as the equivalent to six twelve ounce cans of diet coke per day. All I have been drinking these past few days is water and a little OJ. My EG has went up 1/8 since giving up the diet sodas a few days ago. I am also trying to cut down my caffeine intake which is also pathetic.

All that aside, my idea is to keep my penile tissues as stretched as possible, and as often as possible. I have been doing my routine every other day, which has been working out in its way, but it isn’t enough IMHO. Lately, I have been supplementing flaccid bends and light clamping every day in addition to my routine. I will only clamp for about five minutes, and I don’t clamp aggressively. I will just clamp intense enough to get expansion.

I think if we take days off are penile tissues will contract more than they should. So if we do some light clamping and/or some bends everyday, are penises will stay expanded more and hopefully expand permanently. But, the light brief clamping sessions or bends should not be intense enough to effect the healing process. If necessary though, days off can be taken on occasions if needed.

Does anybody think this can work?

I can’t help you on the clamping part Mr T as I’m not an expert. But I wonder if your keeping the penis stretched is taking away the girth.

Just a thought. It might be worth leaving the stretching off for a few days to see if you make more girth.

What I meant by “stretched” is expansion. Not an actual stretching exercise. Sorry for the confusion.

Dude, I had the same thought this morning. my idea though was to do very light jelqs several times a day to keep it expanded. About 10 or 15 strokes with just enough strength to expand it without causing stress. Please post your results for I don´t have time now to be jelquing all day but I would like to know if the theory works.

I think it can work, because it just makes sense. I even think it supports Wadzilla’s thinking of Occam’s razor’s influence on PE.

Can this thread be moved to the main member section so it can get more hits.

Does anyone have an opinion about doing extremely light bends, clamping, or jelqing on off days to keep the tissues more expanded to gain girth more efficiently?
Just to be clear, these additional workouts should be light enough to barely effect the healing process if at all.

I would really like to know if anyone else has practiced this method, and if it has worked for anyone. Also, I would like your opinions.

One guy on here did 300 jelqs 3 times a day every day and went from 5 to 6 inches in girth. He has pics too. I’ll get a reference for ya later I have to eat now.

I have been doing 10 minutes jelqing 3 times a day every day basically keeping my dick in a bigger state throughout the day and it looks and feels bigger but it has only been a few days. I am going to add in clamping 3 times a day also. I’m pretty sure I can’t go wrong here for once. I just need to be consistent which is my biggest problem. Also I am very conditioned so newbies don’t do this.

I kind of want to go this route, but I don’t have time to jelq three times a day. Once a day can be tough for me because I get so exhausted from school, working out, and the bullshit.
But I am going to definitely do a five minute clamping session every day before I rub one out.


Before: 7” bpel * 4.9” meg

Current stats: 8” bpel * 5.2” meg

5.5” beg; 4.5” geg

Thats the point Mr. T. Gaining expansion beyond normal and holding it, eventually it becomes the new size - or the new size chases the max expansion.

If one could gain max expansion via pump, stretch, weights, clamps - and get a 4hr viagra erection at that level, it would be very productive.
