Hey hey guys. As some of you may know I have been Peing for over 2 years and although my FSBPL has increased I put it down to thet increase in erect girth but have had minimal gains in general (<0.5 girth and 0 NBPEL gains), which definitely puts me with the best of the hard gainers, yay……

Anywho, I have been following memento’s rapid gain mechanism for going on 2 months now but after seeing no length gains I think I’ve got to change something. I’ve been doing a 20 min inverted V stretch with a 10cm diameter cylinder along with a 100 rep jelq routine coupled with 440 squeezes every 25 strokes. I noticed a slight length gain after doing the squeezes and have decided that girth exercises will help with length gains (in my case). As clamping is the most intense girth exercise I know, I would like to try this. I had recently read that people who were doing shorter sesions clamped were getting better results. If you are one of these please leave your advice and progress. I realise clamping is going to condition my penis a lot and I’m really worried about this, I like PE and I don’t want to make my chances of gaining so small that I give up, but I don’t know what else to try!

If there are any hard gainers out there that were in the same boat as me but managed to break away, PLEASE let me know.

My current stats are 6.5 NBPEL and 5” girth just past midshaft (got a baseball bat effect going on). I’m grateful that, as many of you may point out, I am roughly average, but I want to be part of the successful half of the PE community instead of the hard gainer side.

Anyone who gained after switching up their routine, feel free to chime in aswell.

I am not a hard gainer, but frequent changes in my program seem to work for me.

Maybe that’s why I’m not a hard gainer. Perhaps if you changed stroke styles as well as jelqing methods.

See jelq strokes, And the different routines sent in by members perhaps the variety changes would suit your purposes.

Change up even faster than I do, which is every six to eight weeks.

Perhaps every four weeks would be better.

The problem with measuring NBP is that you may have achieved gains, but are not aware of them.

Oh, and 6.5” NBP is above average for most…

I agree with kingpole, change up your routine frequently if you are a hard gainer. Easy to moderate gainers should stick with they’re current routine until they not gain anymore size.

By the way, what is your current routine?

thanks for replyin guys, Glandmaster: I forgot to mention that there has been less than 0.5 inches growth BPEL but I didn’t measure my original BPEL, although I’m sure that there has been minimal growth. I am also very grateful for my starting size as I know that there are a lot less fortunate than me but at least many of these seem to be growing, whereas I cannot find anything to clear the first length hurdle. Kingpole and aom91: I also think its time to switch up but I’m not sure what to switch to. Glandmaster: I just read that you switched to hanging to break your plateu. What kind of weights did you do because I think I may have to try it. How long did you hang for aswell?

Really, b’69, it’s not about weights or time as much as effectiveness. If you’re getting results from hanging 1 pound for one minute, great. If it’s 3 pounds for 20 minutes, great.

Having said that, hanging has a pretty big learning curve associated with it, especially when it comes to wrapping and attaching the hanger.

i’ve been following the routine for 2 months next friday. Although I have only done the stretch routine fully for that time. You see, I was doing v stretches and stretches at all angles for roughly 5 mins each and I also did jelqing, but only 60 or so reps. Whilst searching for a length routine I stumbled accross his routine (that I remembered reading a while ago but didn’t want to try at risk of conditioning the penis too much) and thought I’d give it a go. I started at 60 jelqs and 2 440’s inbetween 30 reps but then upped it to 100 jelqs and 4 44o’s after every 25 jelqs, if that makes sense. I have tried pretty much everything in PE except for hanging or clamping. Tell a lie, I did actually experiment with hanging some time last year but it was a poor homemade attempt without knowing much about the subject and I stopped before I injured myself.

I too, gained little EL from my PE before I started hanging: however, if you’ve not gained much in EG also, there might be something wrong with your general approach to PE. It seems that your growth has been about equal in both dimensions.

From my experiences with bodybuilding I figure there’s only 2 things that can be wrong with someone’s approach to PE: either they’re not doing trhe exercises correctly, or their recovery is somehow not happening. Which do you think might be the case for you, b’69? How often are you performing your routine?

Hmmm, well over my time pe’ing I have varied the time of on and off days. I started 3 on 2 off because that seemed a popular approach, then went to one on one off, 7 on none off and now I’m back to 5 on 2 off because I thought that I obviously wasn’t working hard enough. I can’t help but think that my dick is way too adapted to these exercises and although I really dont want to, maybe I need a break. I did take a break a few months back, took a month off and started again slow, but this did nothing! I’d rather try and fail at everything before taking a break because I can’t help but think when I return from X months off or whatever, there will still be no change as I never made newbie gains. This is why I really want to find someone who was in a similar position to me but now gains. I am aware of SS4, and I think he has to resort to hanging to get the gains. I researched on vitamin E but no one who I PM’d got back to me about results.

Take 8-12 weeks off

Start back with something moderate and sensible like the newbie routine

Warm up for 10 minutes with a hot-water bottle ~115 F

One day on, two days off

Stick with it for ~4 weeks or until gains stall

Take another decon break

Repeat until you’ve reached your goal

What is your warm-up beenie169? I ask because in my opinion getting your dick really, really, warmed up (almost HOT) is probably one of the very most important parts of any regimen. If I found myself stalled out I would place the majority of my efforts on making sure that my dick, ligs, and perineum area were TOTALLY warmed up before I implicated my routine as the cause. I even heat up my golf swing weights before I slip them on now. And that is another thing, are you doing some kind of ADS? When I do my routine, but don’t wear my swing weights my gains slow down to a crawl almost immediately. I would bet you good money that if you focused very intently on warmup/warm-down and got that sucker dangling with some warm PE weights for a few hours after every session that you would begin to see the improvements you are looking for.

Yeah I always try to warm up thoroughly because I also think its a fairly under-rated thing. I was looking into buying an infrared lamp but all the talk of insurance and that put me off. Has anyone had any experience and good results with some form of chemical PE? I’m just going to start reading the forum now because I’ve never really looked before…

Instead of warming up thoroughly, maybe it’s time to kick it up to a REALLY RIDICULOUS WARMUP. Try keeping your dick HOT- before, during and after your PE and to then IMMEDIATELY apply your ADS (heated up monty’s or golf weights). Try immersion in hot water as your warmup method too- nothing works better in my opinion. Anyway, hope you figure out something and start to gain! Way to stay at it though.
