Steelfire, Based on your graph, the majority of your BPEL came early on from Jelq & Manual stretch. Why did you change your routine?

It also looks like you gained in MSEG through hanging. That’s surprising. Did you also do some girth work to get those results?

And it appears your move to double clamping has significant results in MSEG. Nice!

The reason I change the routine was that I was sick and tired of the manual procedure. My thumbs hurt, my under arms ached from all the stretching so I just had to change. Also, this was in my initial phase and gains comes more easily by then.

Gain from hanging? No, look at the red curve and it more goes up and down but stays more or less at the same level.
