Hey guys, this is regarding my manual strectching that I’ve been doing. I usually don’t stretch all that much, maybe 10-15mins tops. The thing is, is that when I stretch I end up breaking the skin around the bottom part of the glands and just below it. Is this a problem for anyone else?

Also, I cannot stretch for a long period of time due to this, and starts to hurt. I am concerned about this, is it my technique? I don’t think I’m pulling too hard because I don’t get a good stretch otherwise. Is it possible that I’m just pulling too hard?

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure you drink enough and that you don’t stretch the skin to much?

That is interesting patient. At the base on the top of my dick my skin also appears “broken” or dried. I think its from stretching, I use a JES for at least 7 hours a day. The broken skin doesn’t hurt at all though. I also jelq with Olive oil, unlike conditioner when I first started Yeouch!! That is what primarily broke the skin.

I also jelq with olive oil. It gives my penis a supple texture and brilliant luster.

Jelq with olive oil- high quality extra virgin- and apply liberally in the morning and you will heal up in no time. Also doesn’t sound like you’re getting enough water.

You must keep the skin supple if you expect everything to stay healthy. If it cracks open, gets infected etc, a bigger dick will be the last thing on your mind. I use curel ultra healing every morning after I leave the shower and highly recommend you do the same.

How much fluids should a guy drink daily, on average?

I may be stretching the skin, not sure, any uncut stretchers out there that can give me some pointers for a better grip?? I use baby powder and I made sure I pull the foreskin all the way back and I grip just below the glans.

I am also uncut. I leave the foreskin over the glans and put some blood in the glans to enhance grip. I don’t stretch skin this way.

Sorry to dig this up, I haven’t been on for a while. I just wanted to thank everyone for their replies and tips. I’ll try some of tha Curel lotion that was mentioned above. I have been using KY to keep it moisturized, and have taken a break from my stretches for a few days to let it heal.

I have also tried that method. I can’t seem to get a very good grip.

Last night I tried an easy going 10 mins stretch exercise and the skin around my head and under the head seemed to be getting better. I have no problems with grip while stretching SO or SD, although I have troubles with stretching the tunica. I wonder, should I start from SO and gradually move upwards? Or stretch right at 12:00? I ask this because I don’t seem to get a very good stretch at all at 12:00. What could be causing this? I’m thinking that there is a limiting factor as to why I can’t get a decent tunica stretch in the 12:00 position.

Any thoughts on this?
