Dry jelqing at low erection

Is dry jelqing at a really low erection possible(50% or lower) for 15 min straight? Whenever I dry jelq I usually end up at about 70%+. When you DRY jelq what is your usual erection level?

I rarely dry jelq (only when privacy is an issue). However, when I do I can keep 50% forever. When I PE it’s all business. From day one I rarely have had erection problems where I had to wait for an erection to subside before resuming. Maybe I’m just wierd. Well, I AM wierd, but that’s besides the point.
