I’ll keep it short. I have been away from the forum for a while as it was becoming a problem browsing the site at work :P Like I am doing right now

This site is SOOOOO full of information and it seems new techniques and break through are posted everyday is absolutely madding trying to sort through this vast ocean of info to find “the best” method or exercise.

Well I have been gone for a while and would like to know this. Considering I have not started beyond a few practice runs yet, is the plain old newbie routine still the best way to start? I want gains, and fast or course in the world of PE those two words don’t aways go together.

I would like some type of improvement by summer and I pretty much have exactly 6 months starting today to get going. I know not to expect to much or to over do it. Just curious if the old bread and butter routine is still the best start or I will be wasting my time because some new method is out.

I have gathered from hours of reading that I am going to have to really experiment on my own with different techniques to get results. It seem although there are a tons of different techniques trial and error and modification seem to be the best way to find out what works for each individual.

Yes, start with the Newbie routine. Then when you are in condition, you can experiment with hanging, clamping or other advanced and riskier things.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

Yes, start with the Newbie program - branch out from there once you are “conditioned.”

Getting a rice sock today, and then I will have no excuse - hopefully I will be able to post some sort of results in a month or to instead of just bitching in the blue chair. After all this is a PE site.

Of course I have said that before and I am a proven liar so……. The real motivator I guess is summer will be here in about six months and I always waste it. In fact I joined this forum this summer and if I had just started PE instead of bitching I would be close to the 6 month mark by now and could start doing some serious exercises and maybe have made some decent gain for the summer. Whoops. If you are wondering why I am placing so much emphasis on summer it is because it is an assfest, and for once I would like to have some confidence about my unit. I mean isn’t that what we are all here for confidence? OK I am sure some are here for bragging rights and some because they want to please their woman but I think the majority of guys are just like me, just ashamed of what they got and just want to feel “normal” even if their view of normal is distorted.

ManChuck, you might be at a crossroads in your life. Will you finally commit to something like PE (I’m curious; are you doing it yet?), or continue to make excuses? This isn’t a shot, I think the vast bulk of us are like this, as evidenced by my signature below!
