Erect Jelqing/Clamping only and girth gains

I am interested in knowing results/routines of those doing only erect jelqing and clamping, and who have gained 1” plus.

I have gained solid inch in girth, but need at least an additional half inch. Been PEing off and on for about ten years, first 1-3 years mainly experimental.

I have only been doing erect jelqing for last year, and getting ready to add erect clamping again. I have plateaued, so need to get advice.
I would say I gained about 1/2 inch erect clamping, and another half inch erect jelqing.

Can’t pump, no privacy. I am especially interested in those who have gained 1.5 and beyond. Ready to advance!

Erect jelqing will get you there and clamping even faster. Make sure you are using a source of constant heat. A small spa heater does the trick for me.

What level erection are you performing exercises at. I have found that 100% is to much about 80% works great.

The higher the erection the less pressure. You have to listen to your dick.

I go by Clamp at 100+% (should feel some pressure, but no pain) and jelq at lower (80% like 1Quest said is good, just be careful and listen to your dick. Light pressure while Jelqing this erect like Titleist said. If it hurts even the slightest STOP).

Expansion. It allows me to exceed my normal erect girth or length measurement.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but how erect should one be when jelqing? Or minimum erection %? Does it help increase length necessarily or can it hinder it?

You need a decondition break or more time and/or more intensity. More variation can do it too.

Clamped jelqs (not hard but that soft clamped state)
Or bends(also better not 100% hard).
Of course all that is only done with proper warmup and beeing used to PE for quiet some time.

Im gaining but wont do any pauses to measure right now,

How long did that one inch take you?

I’m finding that I can’t get a good erection when jelqing. At best I get 50% erection, that is to say that my penis will get hard but won’t point horizontally if I’m standing up, and certainly can’t point upwards, when jelqing.

I just think that when you’re touching your penis by pushing your hands upwards toward the glands, this can’t physically stimulate your penis to much of an erection, it’s not up and down masturbating, and no matter what I think about or look at, from sexually stimulating pics or videos whilst jelqing, this can’t generate more than 40-50% erection.

Not sure if this is enough or not, I’d like to reach 80% erection to increase my length gain chances.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

I’ve got erect during jelqing. Many times.

It can get erect from jelqing. Just be patient, concentrate, and don’t stress.

Have you tried laying down on your back while jelqing? When I’m laying down I usually get to a 80-90% erection level pretty quickly compared to when I’m sitting where I’m usually at around 40-60%. I haven’t tried jelqing while standing but I guess my level would be even lower then.


Started 07.06.2008 with: 6.5 bpel, 6.1 nbpel, 5.1 eg.

Around 08.19.2008: 6.7 bpel, 6.3 nbpel, 5.1 eg

My goal: 7.5 bpel, 7 nbpel, 5.5 eg

I haven’t. I considered it but thought that it would effect blood flow as laying down would mean less blood would get to my penis.
