I do not think there is a max to gain, at least not so far. I think with the advent of the LOT theory this has opened new ways for men to gain that were stuck prior. At one time I thought this would be 9, then 10, then 11, but I continue to grow.
I was working with a few of guys from this forum and PE forums who were stuck at about the same mark you are and they all made gains after we started working together. I think the biggest difference in their programs was the intensity of the exercises and introducing super-sets into the routine. I also had them training at a higher erection level. This seamed to jump start their gains again. As far as limited time my current routine takes about 20 minutes in the AM and 35 minutes in the afternoon. I split my length exercises from my girth exercises because I find that my visualization is better that way. Both sessions are intense and every second is used in exercise, but considering I am still able to gain the time seems minimal.
If you want I can write a super-set type routine for you to try out when I get a chance.
