I have now been seriously back at this for about 2 weeks. I am doing godzilla’s routine in the thread titled seven. When I first started back up I had a difficult time with dry jelqing because my dick was too erect. Now I have the opposite problem. I think to be most effective for me I need to be at about 50-70% erect during the jelq portion of my workout. I cannot watch porn because I don’t own any and there is no TV in the bathroom. I am trying to kegel during the jelq but that does not get me enough blood to really stretch the shaft. Should I try a cock ring or rubber strap at the base? Maybe one of those cable clamps that I keep reading about?

On a completely different note: I want to be able to sport my nice plump package after a workout and my tighty whitie briefs ain’t doin it for me. What do other guys wear that really shows off a plump limp dick as it bounces and flops around during the day? Plus I am starting to wear ball stretchers too and that makes things look even bigger.

I find for me that the best time to jelq is right after you wake up. I utilize the morning woody and there is no need for porn (but a good imagination helps).

I gave up the “tighty whiteys” since I began PE. I go for boxers now because I like to let it hang. But I understand that if you do wear something that give support it can show more of a bulge. But, please….there are better choices then the underwear our moms made us put on.

I like the boxer-briefs—they give me support, yet let the bulge show—but not to the extreme. If I wanted it to really show, I’d wear boxers. Forget the briefs. Let junior hang. What’s the point of growing a bigger dick if you can’t flaunt it, right? :D :

If you keep working on your jelq routine, it should level off so you can get and maintain that 50% erection level. You don’t need more than 50% to get good results from the jelq. I like the suggestion of working off your morning woody. Maybe you could get up and out before the Mrs. :D :

I don’t consider my jelqing/stretching complete until I can lay down on my back and my penis is flaccid enough to lay down on my balls pointing toward my feet, without retracting. This happens after about 400 jelqs and about 10 power stretches (which include the magical popping).

I also exercise at night before I go to bed, been going on runs, doing pushups, too. I think rest is the best thing you can get.

Right, you have to jelq at 50 %, and if you can, in the morning and night before sleep.

I did a search and I can’t find a diffination for kegel.

Ever since I started PE I notice that my bag is getting lower. For warm up I have a very warm towel which I wrap around my balls and cock. I let the warm water flow over the cloth for about 5 mins. Then the nuts hang pretty good for the rest of the day.

It is good to see that others like to show a bulge in their jeans also. I was thinking this was just my fantasy. I wear boxer breifs also. This gives me more freedom than regular briefs but they keep my balls warm.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I will try to get and maintain 50%. I don’t know if the extra jelqing is possible for me. Maybe before bed i can do about 50-100 strokes in addition to my regualr morning routine. What concerns me is having sex after jelqing. My dick is not quite used to the workouts yet and I don’t think I can perform as well after I have done the jelqs.

I will try the boxer briefs. Is there one brand that more guys prefer over another? I hate it when they creep up your asscrack though.

I switched from regular briefs to Old Navy boxer briefs a couple of months ago and have no complaints.

Sex after jelqing was a little more difficult for me, too, until I had a couple of months of conditioning. Now it’s no problem at all.

Try Jockey or Fruit of the Loom. I like the latter because they hold up as well as the more expensive brand names, but are definitely cheaper.
